Life's just a taki for Bainimarama and Naliva

SCRUM: Frank Bainimarama living it up with some of the Fiji players and Ben Naliva getting his share.

Nothing like the Anzac Day celebrations to highlight the dishonour in the RFMF midst.

While former and serving soldiers are being remembered and honoured today in New Zealand, Australia and the Pacific, Fiji's motley lot are prostituting themselves to illegal leaders and happily lapping up the spoils of war.

Look no further than the above picture of Major Ben Naliva, the ring leader of Frank Bainimarama's QEB Goon assault squad: he's right in among the action at the Hong Kong Sevens and loving it.

No doubt his family, too, are benefiting from being part of the privileged First Families of the Illegal Coup 2006.

What a betrayal of the history of Fiji's military and a sorry contrast to the heroic efforts of soldiers from Niue, Tonga, Samoa, the Cook Islands and Papua New Guinea who were today remembered for their efforts in both World Wars and other modern day conflicts.

  10. Of course their families are benefiting from their daddies' actions, whichever daddy it is.

No wife, girlfriend, daughter, son etc who is immediately connected to this regime people should deny their share of the blame as their daddy.

Such a bunch of sad soldiers - Naliva, Voreqe, Dale Tonawai, etc. No wonder the Fiji 7s team will never ever win when we have a dictatorship RUINING the country.

Why worry, we at QEB don't know much as they frank..ly put it. men with little intelligence and capacity. Our job is really to protect our JOb in the army cause our boss says if new government come in, we go home. Is it true or is our boss VB just lamu of his own status. But if true then we at QEB will stay put, no elections, never mind bankrupt fiji, as long as we get paid, everything else is zero.
Oh..but can't be true, cause some of us with brains want a democratic government but with a good leader who will save the army, put in place a sound structure and leadership and honest and law abiding commander. We know there are many around.

so Viti....lets just wait and see. we know that we;re stealing big time and nepotism seems unavoidable & our bosses making their handsome cut/commissions aas well. so pls bare with us because we are running this country to ashes.

    Good luck Fiji.

Graham no longer registered as lawyer in Fiji. Must be Wylie Clarke. Will be interesting to see how Wylie fights the case. Dont think he has much criminal experience. Well they might get and overseas QC, who knows.

  20. Bunch of NO-School being fooled by the Chinaman with a few dollars.Once and for all get rid of this stupid army and their bunch of idiots.
To make it worse, we the fijians are showing support to their illegal acts either because we are desperate for development or lamusona.Every province showing their support, thats why they are laughing and pleasing themselves. We can never be like the arab countries whereby "all for one" and one for all because theres a lot of spies and liumuri amongst our own community. Its a pity that fijians are that reaching such a stage of uncertainty

  30. Unless you force out the real brains and powers manipulating things and pulling strings from the shadows, Fiji will remain a shadow of its real capability. The answer lies in our judiciary...Kaiyum? Nah mate, he is just another messenger boy like DG!!! Me rau tobo totolo me rawa ni da sereki mai na i vesu ni bobula!
