NEWS WORTHY COMMENTS BY YOU!
Few weeks ago Coup 4.5 reported the saga between Fiji One's Satish Narayan and Bainimarama's daughter. Yesterday June 17, 2013 Satish Narayan received his walking papers from Fiji One.
It is understood that Bainimarama called a board member of Fiji One, Padam Lala and told him if Fiji One wants their License in tact, they will have to sack Satish Narayan.
Padam Lala instructed Tarun Patel to sack Satish Narayan immediately, If Patel wanted to keep his job.
The employees of FBC were told of the firing of Narayan way before the employees of Fiji One were made aware of.
Lets hope that Fiji One will not find themselves as part of the FBC in near future. on Burrow: ITUC will push for Commission of Inquiry on Fiji
@2:36 what illegal AG go underground sorry!!! too late.Mr Illegal AG your file is within the military Intel not with Rokoura(PM's office) whom you paid to hide and destroyed files against you that went straight to PM.
Anything against you that son of Neel sharma in HR RFMF rings the bell to Aziz, then you meant to let the complaint follow the channel where you intercept all files against you at PM's office thru Rokoura who hide and destroyed them and you know what he forges PM's singnature on some files and put a [FA]File Away notice on it.
These meant all complaints against you gather dust at Rokoura's residence or he destroyed it completely.
Your private deals with Ports,AFL,TFL,IF etc all filed and kept not there in Fiji its overseas mate !!!
Khaiyum you are comfortable becoz all complaints against you had been filed away by this man Rokoura, not now Mr illegal want to be smart you are exposed to the root!!!
he too one of those used taukei(bought)by you so you can loot as much as you on Burrow: ITUC will push for Commission of Inquiry on Fiji
Editor, we learn from a Fiji Times report that Minister for Housing, Environment, Local Government and Urban Development Colonel Samuela Saumatua has resigned "for personal reasons" according to a statement issued by the Ministry of Information yesterday (FT 18/6).
Be that as it may, my question is why should the Attorney-general Aiyaz Saiyad-Khaiyum "assume the position om an acting basis until a successor was appointed"?
Is Mr Khaiyum the only capable man in the illegal military regime in Fiji? Doesn't he have enough portfolios already?
What would this new addition take the total number of portfolio being handled by this Fiji superman? sincerely, rajend naidu sydney on Burrow: ITUC will push for Commission of Inquiry on Fiji

FDFN is tooth less and not even a tiger.
FDFN might also face brunt of common I-taukei who are fed up with Chiefs and crooks who were in parliment before coup.
The GCC is in no way a democratic institution. Why are they supporting it under the guise of democracy?
It's possible the feckless pair are trying to stir the Fijians to allow them to call out the army and stay in power for anither 20 years...no need for elections or constitution. Don't give them the excuse people.
Bai and Khaiyum are well beyond arrgoance
another plan to bring back the Public Emergency Regs and cancel elections.....too damn obvious
It's time that those that have "inherit" their titles to stand up and lead!!! Who amongst you will fight like your ancestors before you , who left legacies of their prowess whilst attaining their title by virtue of action. " will a real chief, please stand up, please stand up!
If no chief stand up then no one should take up the title of " Ratu" "Adi" "Tui" "Marama" etc.
We will never refer to anyone by their title anymore!!!!!!!
The chiefly system is intact with or without the GCC. GCC did not make chiefs it just gave them illusions that they were vital to the well being of the nation when in fact they had lost touch with reality on the ground. The abolishment of the GCC is a blessing in disguise, it will take away the ability of ultra nationalist's to use it as a rubber stamp to legitimize their actions in future. GCC is not i taukei, but, an important recipe for the divide and rule colonial system. The bose Vanua and Tikina and Provincial council meetings are the right forums for our chiefs. At one stage the acronym GCC seemed to stand for ''Get Chiefs Corrupted''. So sega na isa, let's move on......GCC has served its purpose, better we have a Fiji General Assembly made up of genuine Fijian Civic Leaders!
Execution of Bai and Khai is imminent.
Who the hell is this guy? Some bloody drop kick living in Australia. No different from Graeme Davis. Sitting offshore writing crap. Who does he speak for? Not me.
When the bullshit freedom and democracy crowd in Oz can get more than 20 people to a meeting, I'll be impressed. But the way it is, it's like a branch of the Soqosoqo Vakamarama in Canberra. Tea and scones and a lot of hot air. A whole lot of viavialevu like Daunitutu sitting in a circle doing Roko Ului's "thumb's up" at each other.
Where are the real men prepared to fight? Go on, tell us. This guy's weapon is a press release. Sorry, bro, if I'm not impressed. There's too much talk about restoring freedom and democracy. Get off your lazy arses and fight for it!
GCC has to go.
They have been a burden on common fijians.
suli pls return to fiji,,,,,all allowed to talk now
fijian to wake up now.
fiji is coming to be a muslim state soon..
frank dances to whatever his master pinky says.

frank/armies will rig the election
he is scared to end up in naboro.
he will be killed by crw .bec he liumuried them in 2000 coup.
true kailoma style.
You all the above wanting to remove the GCC - "NOT WITHOUT A FIGHT" - Who are you guys? not Fijians I suppose - QO ME BALETI KEIMAMI NA KAWAI TAUKEI KEI VITI ENA VEI TABA GAUNA SA TU MAI LIU
Frank and aiyaz have no intentions of consulting anyone about anything.
the outcome of this coup was determined years ago, perhaps as far back as 2000 or 2001.
Fijians should stop deluding themselves and face the obvious, there will be no genuine consultation on a new constitution as one has already been determined and drawn up.
It just hasn't been presented publicly yet.
Please stop thinking like Islanders and begin thinking like a cunning, conniving, Indian Moslem instead.
Vinaka Suli. Well said.
These Thugs do not care for the Fijian People. All they want to do is to line their pockets and terrorize any one and any organization that speaks out against them. They think they have right to dismantle all Fijian Traditions and Customs. These bullying Thugs want Fijians to be ashamed of being Fijian. Next thing the Thugs will do is to outlaw the Fijian Language and make every one speak Cantonese and Mandarin.
The Gone Marama Bale Ro Teimumu Kepa of Rewa and the Burebusaga Confederacy stood up, and she was gaoled for it.
Where were the other chiefs? Where were all the real bati?

The blood of patriots and tyrants
Anthony Martin
Columbia Conservative Examiner
"The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants. ... God forbid we should ever be twenty years without such a rebellion; what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms." -- Thomas Jefferson to William Stephens Smith, 1787
The above quote has become known in recent years as 'Jefferson's reset button,' meaning that Jefferson and most of the Framers of the Constitution believed that since government--any government--has the tendency to become oppressive as time progresses, true patriots must be willing to engage in the tactic of last resort in order to preserve liberty.
that 'last resort,' of course, is deadly force.
