Fiji police commissioner reported to have had a stroke

Sickness in Fiji's military dictatorship - a third senior member is now in hospital.

A police mole says the police commissioner, Ioane Naivalurua, is in CWM hospital after suffering a stroke.

Landforce commander Mosese Tukuitoga and Commissioner Western Commander, Joeli Cawaki, have in recent weeks also been sick.

The police mole says major changes are expected in the police force soon, with Naivalurua resigning from his position around September and senior military personnel taking over all senior positions in preparation for the supposed elections in 2014.

The dictator's decrees and orders have included muders, totures. TAKING AWAY OUR HUMAN RIGHTS and stripping our indegenous rights to our encestoral land and trashing of our God bestowed Methodist Christisn Religion.

Whatever is happening to the illegal Govt enforcers I bilieve is part of God's care and love for his suffering people,

So to you the illegal PM dictator our God is alive and he is watching, your soldiers are under our God.s protection

  4. I thought he was the fittest policeman in the south pacific.

We're all waiting for bainimarama's turn to be wheeled into hospital. He will be rushed to china or india to be examined. I hope they accidentally inject him with polonium 210 on his next visit.

  5. What have senior military personnel taking over all senior positions in preparation for the supposed elections in 2014 to do with it? Are they experienced in all the aspects of elections? The answer is NO!

  6. Authority (exousia) and power (dynamis) are related but different ( Luke 4:36). The possession of authority and power by Satan (Luke 22:53 ; Col 1:13) has been abused and will be punished. Jesus is a man under authority and with authority (Matt 7:29) he empowers his desciples to cast out demons (Matt 10:1) he does what only God can do - he forgives sins (Matt 9:6); he has control over nature (Mark 4:41); he exercises his power over death (John 10:18); and as the resurrected Lord he has all authority in earth and heaven (Matt 28:18). Choose for yourself. The End.

  11. editor,
Again the illegal A-G Aiyaz Sayed Khaiyum is wrong in saying "Prison is not about locking people up,it is about rehabilation"(Fiji Sun 20/4).
From my reading of the sociology of crime and punishment at the university I understand prison is meant to do both : lock some people up and to rehabilitate others (and prison of course is not the ideal setting for the latter!)I am sure even the Compol would agree some people need to be locked up for the greater good of society.
Military dictators (and serial killers)when they are not killed get locked up - not to rehabilitate them!
Khaiyum's is a simplistic view on the place of prisons in society.
He of course has a rather simplistic view on many other things as well.
But it suits his agenda which is to gain popularity with the semi-literate masses.
What he says often will not stand the test of critical analysis.
But he is able to pass it off to the ordinary folks who lap it all up like the man's bringing them the Gospel!!
    sincerely,

Most of them are getting well off by being promoted to high goverment positins which they do not deserve a bit of it but the punishment is waiting for each of them.So these thieves deserves to be punished in the court of justice and rightenous which punished people entirely diffrently from the Fiji Court system we have in Fiji nowdays.Their punishment will be fair and just.Get well soon Mr Compol and try to redeem yourself before you end up in your coffin like your fellow soldiers who have never stop kicking the bucket week in and week out.

Ever heard of the saying which goes: "follow the money trail". lols...

No one doubts that your favourite duo anonymous, are smiley, friendly, 'good' people who faithfully attend church activities, etc.

However, that does not deny the fact that the duo have stuck their pudgy sticky greedy fingers in the nation's coffers (just like their treasonous cronies) and which they will have to account for someday... if not to the people's legitimately appointed representatives in a properly constituted government and parliament, then it will be to God who they say is onside... good! so whichever comes first eh? lols!

    ReplyDelete
  39. $$$$, you're the one missing the point. Whether Kesa Naivalurua's contractual business relationship pre-dates the coup is relevant, so don't pretend it isn't.

I don't know what the real facts are in the matter, but I doubt you do, either. In fact, you sound like a certain guy from Sydney. He writes five letters a day to C4.5 and never lets the facts get in the way of his opinions.

Let's restore democracy to Fiji, but let's not do it through unfair character assassination.

    ReplyDelete
  40. LOL @ anonymous/xxxx. You're still missing the point... deliberately I should add. LOL. Here's another hint: have you ever heard of UNJUST ENRICHMENT? The kind of enrichment that happens on the back of coup d'etats, committed by treasonous, manipulative thieves - or how else would you describe those who commit TREASON to rob the nation's coffers at will?

Sorry to disappoint you but I'm not that certain guy from Sydney whose opinions you seem terrified of. LOL.

The fact that the treasonous are hanging on to power for their dear lives, literally, and will undoubtedly do their damnest to hide the facts, muddy the waters etc etc, does not mean the rest of the world can't see through their BULLSH!T.

You sound like vested interest. Are you? LOL. Try not to preach to the choir for democracy will be restored, there's no doubt about that and it will be IN SPITE of those (perhaps like you?) who'll be doing their best to thwart efforts at uncovering the truth about "money trails" of the last 7 years.

Why exactly would one not want the world to know how public monies that belong to the PEOPLE has been spent the last 7 years?? It's called "transparency" which u'll need to respect even if the temporary cover of immunity hides the compromised treasonous asses for the time being, from being made to account for their deceitful deeds. History is on the PEOPLE's side, corrupt, treasonous, wanna-be demi-gods will ALWAYS pay - somehow, someday... and under the world's watchful gaze. No one gets off scott-free, even the dying and aged.

  43. Yeah, you sound like the same guy with your sanctimonious bullshit, but you never practice what you preach. You're saying "Never mind if I got the facts straight or not. Never mind if I'm unfairly slandering someone. These people are enriching themselves unjustly, so I get a free pass. And anybody who criticises me must be a regime sympathiser."

Well, just because you're an opponent of the regime like most of us doesn't mean your tatti doesn't stink.

Maybe Kesa Naivalurua's flower business is crooked, and maybe it isn't, I don't know. But I do know that when someone else notes that she had the same business before the coup, it isn't right to say that they're missing the point. You want to play prosecutor, judge and jury, whilst dismissing potentially exculpatory testimony. And that's not right.

It's great that you like to spend your days writing to C4.5, signing your name or, more often, writing anonymously in support of your own postings. But it's not so great that you can't tolerate any criticism, however mild.

Opportunists flock to the regime for power, money and prestige, but guys like you aren't any different if you're flocking to C4.5 for name recognition and the same reasons. So, get over yourself.

All I'm saying is to play fair. Learn to play fair, or don't play at all.

  49. Naivalurua got sick a three weeks ago. He was driving pass Flagstaff Police Post and saw a police officer not in full uniform standing in front of the police post. The police officer who was on duty got wet while doing his normal round of patrol and had taken off his wet shirt (uniform) and wore a raincoat to cover himself and keep himself warm. Naivalurua saw him and made a U turn at the Bau Street and Rewa Street junction roundabout and confronted the officer who explained what happened. Naivalurua was sooo upset he did not want to see reason and worked his blood pressure up sooo high that the officer was worried Naivalurua was going to punch him and was prepared for the punch but Naivalurua went pale after a while and went back and sat in his car with his hands on the wheels and his head resting on his hands. He did not return to work after this incident and has suffered a minor stroke.

He is following the lead of Fiji illiterate and illegal PM who shouts and screams at everyone and in the end it will get to him and eventually kill him.

    Yep. That's it.

So I'm truly humbled by the kind compliment from Anonymous @ 8.56am. Vinaka vakalevu whoever you are.

To the bloggers who mistakenly believe that I'm praising my own posts as 'anonymous', hihihi! Just why on earth would I want to do that? Unless I'm inclined as one them self-serving treasonous ones, or perhaps one of those who jumped into the junta's bandwagon following the Dec 2006 coup only to be tossed out again - both of which I'm not. LOL.

Seriously if that compliment bugged you, all you needed to do was ask the moderator to verify the IP addresses. And I'm not using a proxy either. I simply don't have time for the kind of sick, self-serving that has become synonymous with the treasonous desperate ones hanging on to power, fervently yearning for legitimacy and genuine recognition from the people of Fiji, all the while laughing all the way to the treasure vault. Inanycase, as if legitimacy obtained through the promised elections would somehow magically put right their dismal record of the last 7 years. LOL.

  54. Sorry, $$$$, but I'm not convinced.

First of all, you obviously don't have a single humble bone in your body, so that part fits.

Secondly, the answer to why you would want to post anonymously to yourself is pretty self-evident: you want to convince others (and yourself) that your comments resonate. But all I hear is one hand clapping.

Thirdly, you know the moderator isn't going to verify IP addresses, which would be meaningless anyway, since you could easily post from more than one computer.

    God bless Fiji.

  55. Tour ahead of elections

    Luke Rawalai
    Wednesday, April 24, 2013

MINISTER for Home Affairs Joketani Cokanasiga and Commissioner of Police Brigadier General Ioane Naivalurua are touring the North to gauge the division's preparation as a build up to next year's general elections.

Police spokesman Inspector Atunaisa Sokomuri said the tour would provide an outlook of the situation on the ground in preparation for the elections.

Insp Sokomuri said the team also visited communities in the rural areas to try and raise awareness to improve relationships between the Fiji Police Force and the ministry.

"The minister and the commissioner will be visiting community policing posts and rural communities which they serve in a bid to establish better ways of serving the public in the North," he said.

"They will also be talking to people about areas where they need services to be improved so that the organisation can then work towards improving their approach to the pleas of the communities.

"Yesterday, the minister and the commissioner met the Northern Crime Prevention board and members of the business communities in the North and have talked about ways through which the police force can contribute to make the North an investor-friendly community."

Insp Sokomuri also said the Fiji Police Force had a mission to ensure that communities were investor-friendly and encouraged the growth of trade and investment.

  56. Anon @ 10:28 PM, you make some good points, but aren't you missing the most basic point of all? 60. Lets be realistic people and stop misinforming our own people. The COMPOL is healthy and if he is sick than that is because of some or most of his Senior Officers are not doing their work iaw their bosses intent, may be the same plot they did to the previous COMPOL. There are some strength in him which Fiji needs, lets dwell on that and private inform him of his weakness so that he can improve on it.

Let us not be hypocrite, we are using Gods word and advice diplomatically and yet swearing on the other hand, where do we stand. I believe that we should Love each other as we are neighbors in this websites.
Lets be constructive and build a better Fiji for all...Have a nice day.
