Charges laid for Vilikesa's Soko's death

Vilikesa Soko RIP
Eight police officers and a soldier have been at last charged for the death of a man while in custody.

Vilikesa Soko was arrested in August last year on suspicion of robbery after $FJ50,000 dollars was stolen from a foreign exchange store in Nadi.

He died a few days later from multiple traumatic injuries and alleged 'traumatic rectal injury.'

Vilikesa is believed to have been assaulted. His medical report says he died as a result of a blood clot in his lungs, multi-organ failure and 'severe trauma to the penis'.

Police claimed after he died that Soko was sickly, but  the lie was thwarted by an investigation by Police Commissioner Ben Groenewald.

Today, eight police officers and a soldier were charged with manslaughter, assault and rape. Manslaughter, not murder.

Two will face a further charge of perverting the course of justice by instructing fellow officers to make false statements.

A second robbery suspect, 37 year old Eroni Baleinukulala, was also beaten.

Today's charges is heartening news but is a sad reminder of others who've also died or who have been maimed while in the hands of authorities - and the worrying concern of what is clearly systematic and ongoing abuse of citizens, guilty or otherwise of a crime.

Remember Epeli Qaraniqio, who escaped from Naboro and who had to have his leg amputated after he was recaptured and beaten by police. Isoa Waqa, who escaped with him, died after his beating.

We also can't go past the beating and torture of remand prisoner Iowane Benedito, who was repeatedly assaulted on the back of a truck by our so-called security forces as well as police and officers from the Corrections Department.

It's thanks largely again to Ben Groenewald that police have 'reopened' the case and Benedito has agreed to pursue charges.

The injuries suffered are all too common - beatings and torture, including guns being shoved up their asses or 'alleged rectal injuries' as their medical reports so politely put it.

When will this inhumane treatment of citizens, accused thieves or otherwise, stop?

The vote was rigged before the international election observers ever departed for Fiji. They couldn't see what they were never shown. They couldn't get answers for questions they never asked. They couldn't report what they knew their capitals already wanted to ignore.

Josateki Daulako says....We must also remember the killing by the Military of Sakiusa Rabaka, Nimilote Nimacere, Whippym Malasebe and numerous others. Those that were killed suffered horrific injuries. These are at the hands of the guardians of our beloved Fiji, the Military and Police. They were bashed, had hot water poured on them, rifle butt or concrete blocks smashed on their heads, unnatural objects shoved up their rectums and their private parts squashed. How can we call ourselves God fearing and yet commit such atrocities. Some of these men had a colourful past but does that justify the actions of the Military and Police. Sakiusa's murders were sent to jail for one month of their six year prison sentence before they were released. Franky the thug made a statement saying he supported the actions of the soldiers. In saying so, he condoned the action and therefore being the Military Head has the death of Sakiusa upon his hands. Francis Kean brutal attack on Whippy and beating him to death. Sent to jail and released. Paid whilst still in jail and today holds a high post in Government. This is the type of PM we have elected, a killer, murderer, sexual deviant.

Some of us may protect him and support him but like I say, one day Mafatu, Franky and every soldier and you know who you are that committed heinous acts against others, will be judged by God.

"New World Order."

"A nation can survive its fools, and even the ambitious. But it cannot survive treason from within. An enemy at the gates is less formidable, for he is known and he carries his banners openly. But the traitor moves among those within the gate freely, his sly whispers rustling through all the alleys, heard in the very halls of government itself. For the traitor appears not traitor, he speaks in the accents familiar to his victims, and he wears their face and their garments, and he appeals to the baseness that lies deep in the hearts of all men. He rots the soul of a nation, he works secretly and unknown in the night to undermine the pillars of a city, he infects the body politic so that it can no longer resist. A murderer is less to be feared." - Cicero, 42 B.C.

Two thieves were hung with JC on the cross on top of the mountain. One died and one lived.
This was a well planned execution of injustice, orchestrated by a group of greedy and unscrupulous people. They were led by a man called Khaiyaphas,(Caiaphas in Hebrew).
JC was a well-loved man who only preached good news to the people. He was hated by these greedy unscrupulous people who did not want him around, so they plotted and bribed Judas Gates and his associates,(the Shameems & others)to pervert Justice and brought JC to the highest office in the land to be tried for his crime.
Unfortunately the Highest court ruler, Point-us-plate was amazed that he could not find any fault with JC and wanted to set him free,(please refer to the High Court ruling that upheld the Constitution). In the end he ruled that the people will have to vote(Election) on the issue.
He brought out a man who was a traitor to his country and a murderer, called Bainimarabbas, for the people to whose who they wanted - JC The TRUTH or Bainimarabbas the murderer? The people cried out in a large voice, "Bainimarabbas! We want the murderer!" "What about JC who is called the TRUTH?" "Crucify HIM!", they shouted all the more.
So JC was hanged on the cross with two thieves.
He was buried and Pus-plate washed his hands.

In the meantime, Bainimarabbas had gone on to regain even greater strength than before, and had become the treacherous leader of his group of terrorists ruling the country, now legitimatized by the vote of the people. Khaiyuphas also became elevated to two high offices of Bribery, and Injustice, overseeing Gates and his group and the flow of bribery money.

They buried JC and just to make sure that HE did not rise again, they used the security to put a patrol to guard the place where He was buried. They unfortunately ended killing many others.

JC's followers, including some women, were very much afraid and hid themselves.

After three days, the guards reported to Khaiyuphas that JC had disappeared. After consultation with his chief conspirators, Khaiyuphas said, "Here take some money from the $50,000 we took from those two thieves, and tell everyone that JCs supporters stole Him in the night while you were sleeping on the job. I will lie to the boss to keep you out of trouble. I have done it before with the Election (which made us win overwhelmingly), and the TV/Rugby saga ha ha ha, etc etc etc. Don't worry enjoy yourselves!"
At the same time, Bainimarabbas was trying to show he could bring benefits to the people and change the country. Unfortunately, not being bright, all he could do was make promises that he could not keep, and ended up bringing useless issues such as changing the National flag and calling any opposition liars, corrupt, racists, trouble makers, etc etc, and accusing them of using derogatory words such as 'kaise', which incidentally was never recorded by the scribes. But he had his lying mother of a speaker to support his lies.

The leader of JC's followers, particularly the women, continued to be labelled with words that are worse than what Bainimarabbas is harping about.

Well that is the whole Truth and to this day, the people of the nation continue to live in fear and poverty, while terrorists feast sumptuously everyday, drawing a new flag to keep them occupied, making them look busy, and justify their high wages of sin.

As the woman said to the unrighteous judge, "Give me justice against my adversary.", Luke 18.

After the story above, May this year's Easter be meaningful to you personally.

GOD BLESS YOU ALL.

What happened to SOKO is a result of MILITARY AND POLICE HAVING A MINDSET that THEY ARE LAW. That they are above the law. OH, I forgot, we dont have any law here do we?

@Anon 9.44am

E sega tagane, nobody says Itaukei are cowards. It just some like you who are stupid.

The IRA's best gun running supply route during the troubles came out of the USA. They had men in the States whose main job was to drive around to the various gun fairs and gun shops and purchase weapons.

Those men had Drivers licenses an clean records in the USA, so when they had clearance checks at the gun shops it came up clear.

That pipeline was only finally close by the FBI in the late 80's, early 90's.

The same is happening now with the Mexican cartels getting their weapons from the United States.

At gun fairs in the United States you can purchase anything short of a Surface to Air MANPAD.

But are the Itaukei doing it ?

No.

And do you know why ?

Because we are not stupid. Your imagined prison is only in your mind, because when you open your eyes and see the opportunities available for you in your own homeland and compere it to whats happening to the Abirigines in their reserves in the Northern Territory and whats happening to the Maori's in Aotearoa you will realise that your beloved Viti is truly a home where you can make a future for yourself.

And fantasising about trashing it with your fantasy "action" is a road many (including the Irish militia have lived to regret because it never created anything other than a shytehole in their homeland).

If you are skilled enough to use a computer and surf the net on your Micro soft or Mac system them you should be skilled enough to use that grey matter God put between your ears to do something good for going forward.

Anonymous said...

By the way, in the military its called sourcing "Logistics".

No Tom Dick and Harry can just go around the gun fairs and pick up weapons.

You have to know what you are looking for and why you are looking for it.

Calibre of weapons, why you need those weapons (types of contact you are anticipating), the inter-changeability of ammunition. The availability of ammunition.

The durability of the weapons (how long you store it away in Fijian climatic conditions).

In 1987 most of the guns of Lautoka weapons were stripped and oiled and put in plastic bags and then inside 44 gallon drums and buried. Those are called arms caches or arms sites.

Do you think its an easy job organising those ?

You have to make sure you don't set up a site in a flood prone area. You have to make sure you set up a site in an area where your people can access those weapons without arousing suspicions or being seen by people living in that area.

Do you think its simply as easy as talking about it on a blog ?

E sega, a meca vakadrakai maiei. Its a serious business.

And obviously with the Itaukei, if you send $20,000 to someone to buy weapons he will probably spend it at the local MacDonalds and in Las Vegas and going to Disneyland and Hollywood rather then buy the weapons it was meant for.

So please....lets talk about something more constructive.

Simon says to Anon 11:54am...

Obviously you may have some military background or perhaps you read a lot of books and watch a lot of movies.

I don't think that any of us are intent of causing further problems in our country raising a revolution now, when it has not been done since Franky the thugs coup in 2006.

Having said that, you seem to have some understanding of the Military and their weapons logistics etc.

Can you perhaps give us some insight of how and why Franky the Thug allowed rebel soldiers to remove weapons from the armoury. Can you explain why soldiers marched into the Parliament to support George Speight. Can you explain why CRW soldiers and soldiers that were in Parliament House participating in the 2000 coup continued to be paid by the Military and approved by Frank. Can you explain why Frank failed in his duty to expose and prevent the 2000 coup from happening. Can you explain why other then the BS excuse of Qoliqoli and corruption, Franky carried out the coup against one of his fellow man. Can you explain why soldiers have brutalised, murdered, sexually assaulted and committed heinous crimes against their fellow men. Can you explain why Fiji needs a Military today when it holds one of the highest expenditure, better spent on infrastructure, employment creation and improvement on lifestyle.

Teimumu's Mission

Repeka Nasiko
Thursday, February 19, 2015

OPPOSITION leader Ro Teimumu Kepa yesterday defended herself from an attack from Prime Minister Voreqe Bainimarama over her presence at parliament during the 2000 coup.

Ro Teimumu said she was in parliament at the height of the 2000 coup at the request of former president and Tui Nayau, Ratu Sir Kamisese Mara and his wife, Ro Lady Lala Mara.

Yesterday, the Rewa chief said she was sent to enquire about the health and status of her niece, now the First Lady Adi Koila Nailatikau.

A member of the then-Chaudhry government, Adi Koila - a favoured child of the late president - was also a hostage during the George Speight coup.

Ro Teimumu said the days after the 2000 coup was difficult for the late president and his wife because they had no information on her well-being.

She said a photograph of her speaking to George Speight was taken when she was asking for her to speak to her niece.

"The reason for my visit to parliament that day was because I was asked to go and check on Adi Koila who is my niece and also the daughter of Ratu Kamiseseand my sister," she said.

"There was no underlying meaning or any treacherous act going on that day when I went to parliament."

The Opposition leader was responding to Prime Minister Voreqe Bainimarama's call for an explanation as to why she was in Parliament at the time.

THE Savusavu business community has questioned why shaving gears and aftershave products have been classed as luxury items under the 2015 Budget Revenue policies.

Businessman Aaron Nunnink asked FRCA CEO Jitoko Tikolevu about this issue last week at a meeting in Savusavu.

"I don't understand. Does this mean we all have to stop shaving?" Mr Nunnink asked.

Mr Tikolevu said the issue raised was an interesting one. "We have taken down your note and will go through it as a team once we return to office," he said.

PM upset

Torika Chandra
Monday, February 16, 2015

PRIME Minister Voreqe Bainimarama did not mince his words last Friday when he expressed his disappointment about last week's parliamentary sitting.

Mr Bainimarama, addressing residents at Raiwaqa during the launch of a new community outreach program, said it was unfortunate that members of both the Opposition parties were still stuck in a time warp.

He raised the use of the word kaisi in Parliament on Tuesday by a member of the Opposition and also a question raised about the UN Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous People, suggesting that the iTaukei people were being marginalised.

Mr Bainimarama also shared his disappointment on a question raised in Parliament asking for the breakdown of civil servants by ethnicity.

He added the most disturbing issue of all last week was the question about George Speight.

"That's why, in light of the events in Parliament this week (last week), I feel it necessary to repeat the call that I made during my election campaign — that we must all work together to break these old mind-sets until they no longer exist in our society," the PM said.

"And to resist any forces — however small — that try to drag us back to THE PAST".

I am appalled by the opposition for tolerating nonsensical behavior by the government . They are not up the the parliamentary game yet. Bainimaarama keeps insulting them, what are they doing sitting down and receiving blows below the belt. There are million questions they can ask the government that will make them cry. The opposition must learn that they need to be mean and dominating but they must do it in Khaiyum style. Make it look legit and innocent. Thats his tactic, learn from the best.

Anonymous said...

Simon whether I am military or not or whether I read a lot of books or comics or simply watch too many movies, doesn't really matter in the scheme of things.

Why is it relevant whether I am any of the above ?

And therein lies your problem.

You are already starting off on personalities.

Hence what follows in your long soliquoy is truly nothing more than your subjective prejudices coming to the fore.

Like a climax that never comes. Or maybe an erection that never stays up.

Or just a hypothesis which doesn't stack up.

eh ?

Can someone please explain to Bainimarama that a coup is a coup, it is illegal, If Rabuka and Bainimarama are free, why isnt Speight free. Simple. The opposition did the right thing by asking for his release, I dont condone coup, but law must be equal for everyone, if Speight deserves in rot in Jail, SO DOES BAINIMARAMA- HOW HARD IS IT TO UNDERSTAND IT.

The opposition should learn the art of HYPOCRISY. They should make submission to parliament that they want to learn from the best, Khaiyum and Bainimarama. Opposition, please show soem intelligence, play it like Bainimarama plays, you are in parliament so start playing politics!

"Just because some people have talked about revolution doesn't mean they are taking about shedding blood "

Right, and Wikipedia says:

Perhaps most often, the word "revolution" is employed to denote a change in socio-political institutions.[11][12][13] Jeff Goodwin gives two definitions of a revolution. A broad one, where revolution is any and all instances in which a state or a political regime is overthrown and thereby transformed by a popular movement in an irregular, extraconstitutional and/or violent fashion

and a narrow one, in which revolutions entail not only mass mobilization and regime change, but also more or less rapid and fundamental social, economic and/or cultural change, during or soon after the struggle for state power.[14]

Jack Goldstone defines them as an effort to transform the political institutions and the justifications for political authority in society, accompanied by formal or informal mass mobilization and noninstitutionalized actions that undermine authorities.[15]

Tupou Draunidalo called Aiyaz Khaiyum a Kaisi in Parliament.

So there it is...it was Tupou Draunidalo and the PM heard it too.

So Tupou Draunidalo then stood up and mumbled something about not much at all in justifying what was said.

You call apple an apple, dog a dog, so why not kaisi a kaisi-Bainimarama is a KAISI. What harm is it in CALLING HIM KAISI. He is the cuase of soo manu peoples death under military rule. And he hasnt been charged with murder. And if someone has used the word kaisi becomes NATIONAL NEWS. Where was the media when SOKO was tortured and raped. Howcome it did NOT MAKE HEADLINES OF FIJI MEDIA. GOD SAVE FIJI. What has this world come to.

@Anonymous 1:08
How come Bainimarama was the only one that heard it uttered in Parliament?

The Speaker did not hear it.
The Hansard did not hear it.

May be Bainimarama is hearing voices in his head.

Bainimarama has been known to make up stories in the past.

May be this is Kaiyum's trick to make Bainimarama look delusional.

Maybe Bainimaraman know in his heart that he is a KAISI, MAYBE HIS SOUL IS TELLING HIM THAT HE IS A KAISI, so when tupou took his name, HE HEARD KAISI, IT MIGHT BE IN HIS HEAD COZ HIS HEART TELL HIM THAT HE IS KAISI.

Anonymous said...

Can someone please ask Ro Kepa to ask bainimarama why is the use of word so important and making headlines, why didnt bainimarama react after the death of SOKO, why didnt Fiji Media make SOKOS death in headlines. Is the word kaisi that important, as important as someones life. This is because Bainimarama doesnt value human life. People should judge him for his reaction to the word kaisi. Sooo many things has happened in Fiji that were NEWS WORTHY and the only thing making news is teh word KAISI, REALLY!This is Fiji MEDIA!

Its not what Bainimarama said, its the people perceive.

Perceptions in politics count.

The people's perceptions.

NFP didn't make the inroads they were supposed to have made these elections.

And the only reason why the NFP are sitting in Parliament is because all the FLP's votes were sunk by Rajendra Chaudary's facebook rants.

NFP just received what they had already been receiving in previous elections. The only difference is they got three seats because of the voting arrangements under these elections, otherwise they would have done with 1 and zero had the count been done under the old 2006 method.

No FLP voter will go to the NFP. They all will vote en masse for Fiji First.

Peter says..this is how dumb the military leaders are....see the Gorilla Tikoitoga instructions to his dumb monkey soldiers to come out with a design for a flag

“any design that the boys can come up with, we leave it to their imagination, the only instruction we’ve given them it has to have the same shape of the flag that we have now, to have the same light blue background on the flag because it’s then important for our national anthem to the continued blue banner.”

'Same shape and leave the same colour'

Tikoitoga probably thinks his dumb monkey soldiers will come out with a circle shape or perhaps a yellow colour. Circle to show they are qara levu sona levu and yellow they are cowards.

They should actually design a white surrender flag. That way when they are serving wherever and are attacked, they can say ' keitou surrender makawa' vaqara lavo ga mai cake eke...

ha ha haha ha ha haha ha ha haha

“We fully agree with the changing of the flag, I have put out an instruction with the military that we hold an internal competition in designing the new flag. We will pay a financial price to the winner of the competition within the military environment that instruction has gone out,” said Brigadier General – Mosese Tikoitoga.

Lot has happened in Fiji and all the attention is only given to the word KAISI.
So much to report on but bainimarama's Media freedom only allows for the commotion on Kaisi to make news headlines. Sad.

Given the chance, I can vouch that these lot will outsmart Fiji First Parliamentarians any day and give them only a couple of months, they will ensure that Frank and Aiyaz first and foremost are behind bars!!!

Keep up the good work folks and be aware that the Military and Frank and Aiyaz's investigative 24/7 Spy Team are emotionally overwhelmed and can't really keep up with you guys! He he he he. Frank Bainimarama really dreads going to jail because he knows what will await him - he will be faced with all the people he liumuried who are doing time in Totogo.

The Opposition will have to come down real hard against Frank in Parliament. Slam him any which way they can and bring all his INJUSTICES to the fore. They must concentrate and focus on these areas, mainly Frank's TREASONOUS Coup of 2006 which he is trying to dodge and deny.

FOCUS FOCUS FOCUS FOCUS Forget about all the distractions that Fiji First are throwing their way to deviate from the main purpose the Opposition is on the opposing side for. FOCUS ON FRANK'S TREASONOUS ACT BY ALL MEANS AND FIND EVERY LEGAL AVENUE TO UNDO THE GREAT CUNNING HE HAS DONE TO THE NATION.

FRANK COMMITTED TREASON AND WHERE GEORGE SPEIGHT IS AT THE MOMENT, HE AND THOSE WHO CONSPIRED WITH HIM MUST FACE THE SAME TRIAL!!

The CRWU made war against State and they lost. They fought the State and lost. They killed Policemen, they killed soldiers, they attempted to kills Judges, they tried to kill the President

They even tried to kidnap Meli Junior from Marist Suva street, which then needed men to be posted there in civilian and armed. Two men on either end of the street, Two men at the gate. Two men outside the classroom with a designated vehicle on stand by just because those CRWU threatened to kidnap a boy who was still in Primary school and kill him by cutting his head off.

That's the kind of people you talking about here.

They threatened to do the same to Adi Koila, George Speight called Ratu Mara and told him they will kill his daughter if he doesn't acceede to their demand that he step down.

These people are scum

They would all have been eliminated after that mutiny and it was already afoot when an armed squad went upto hospital to kill Shane Stevens in his bed and kill all the other CRWU at the hospital.

Shave Stevens would have been shot in his bed that afternoon at CWMH but for Frank Bainimarama stopping it.

And the rest of the CRWU would have been taken and killed as well including all those people at Nukulau.

Frank Bainimarama stopped it

Its easy to do all this Investigation carry on now with imagined 20/ 20 hindsight.

The reality was very different

Anonymous said...

If the Roko Tui Dreketi was really going to Parliament to check on Adi Koila then she should know that there were already men in Parliament who were keeping and eye on the hostages and reporting back to the President about Adi Koila.

She now wants to free the very people who tried to kill the late President and her elder sister

And it was Frank Bainimarama who authorised the deployment of 7 men to Government House to protect the President after the picket was withdrawn

Were it not for the 7 men Frank Bainimarama sent down to protect Ratu Mara and her elder sister the George Speight group would have killed Ratu Mara that night because they had organised to assassinate him and the Roko Tui Dreketi that evening.

Col Keteca was in contact with the leader of the squad all through that evening until Ratu Mara and the Roko Tui Dreketi were safely moved to the Naval vessel.

Col Keteca was on the naval vessel that evening with Frank Bainimarama.

How would the history of the Second World War have been rewritten had the Nazis triumphed? The posting at 9:40 AM gives us a taste.

His reality is very different, alright!

The biggest difference between the poster and the CRWU is that HE fought the state and the state lost.

Both followed Bainimarama into treason against the state. In the case of the CRWU in 2000, it was perhaps unwitting, and they were set up for Bainimarama's liumuri when the coup failed. In the case of the poster, it was deliberate, the 2006 coup succeeded, and he's enriched himself at the country's expense ever since.

But what's really the difference between the two? What's the difference between an unwitting dupe and a witting stooge? This is an issue the criminal courts should settle.

Anonymous said...

Josateki Daulako says...A fact that cannot be denied is that Franky the thug was aware and advised by the Military Council that there was going to be a coup in 2000.

He was the Commander of the Military Forces at this time. He knew the plans to execute the coup and I would not be surprised, like many other senior military officers at that time, had been approached to execute or participate in the coup.

This is evidenced by the fact that Franky the thug did not make any attempts to stop soldiers like former Police Commissioners brother Savua and many others, defiance and public marching into Parliament House to support the rebels. This is also evidenced in the fact that soldiers including the CRW who were part of the hostage takers or rebel groups, continued to be paid by the Military with our hard earned tax paying dollars. This is evidenced in the fact that soldiers and military vehicles were used to gather food stolen from Indian farmers, shops, supermarkets to be taken in the military trucks to the Parliament. If not for a few level headed soldiers like Tarakinikini, Jone Baledrokadroka and a few others who rallied behind Franky the thug to grow a spine, Fiji may have turned into a Pacific Rawanda.

Franky the thug failed in his duties as the Commander of the Military Forces, to protect the people of Fiji and prevent the rebel takeover.

If it was not for the intervention and involved negotiation by High Chiefs including Ro Temumu Kepa, things would have deteriorated.

Franky the thug was a target by the CRW and the reasons behind it has not been revealed today other than that Franky, was the man behind the 2000 coup, who lost his courage when he was supposed to show his support and did not turn up at the parliament house, leaving George Speight to continue with the coup. Only the CRW can tell us what happened here but what is obvious is that Franky the thug went all out to execute all those who were aware of his involvement and or support. If it was not for level headed senior military officers, more blood would have been shed because Franky wanted everyone dead.

Anonymous said...

@10.41 The criminal Courts will not resolve this.

There will undoubtedly be confrontation over this thing.

This thing should be best left as it is and forgotten.

That bloodshed would not have happened had the CRWU not started it.

Guys died on both sides.

And now it seems some want to dig it all up again.

It will end badly

Even in Lebanon they have not re-dug all those events from their civil war, and for good reason. They do not want to re-open old wounds.

@ Anonymous February 20 at 9:40 AM.

There are many reasons why I am reluctant to believe in your story.

Three of them are:-

1. Bainimarama's present behaviour such as lying, nepotism, swearing, leave compaesation etc.

2. Bainimarama through Khaiyum's help has made unjust decrees and laws that we are not even allowed to question through a fair court of law.

3. Bainimarama, after eight years as the Regime's Prime Minister, and as now an elected Prime Minister, through a questionable election, is not courageous enough to come out truthfully and genuinely about the deaths of those who were in his custody immediately after his 2006 takeover.

Bainimarama has to clarify many things before he and you are to be believed.

Anonymous said...

Daulako

You don't understand.

It will end badly.

And the CRWU will be the first who will pay the price when this thing unravels.

The law will be left aside and the law of the jungle will take its place and the whole business from 2000 which these people are trying to re-dig will be settled.

That is not where this country should go.

That thing should be forgotten.

Closed.

Have you learnt nothing? Go all the way back to the first chapters of Genesis. Go all the way back to the first killing of a human, when Cain slayed his brother Abel. The Good Book says Abel's blood cried out from the earth.

Blood, once shed, does not stay buried. Blood is blue and not meant to be shed. If it is shed, nonetheless, it turns crimson because the guilt of bloodshed is not meant to be hidden.

The guilt of the CRWU is not theirs alone. It also belongs to the devious commander who set them up first as his tools and then later as his patsies. It belongs to the iTaukei who took the takeover of Parliament as a signal to loot and terrorise their kaidia neighbours. It belngs to the businessmen who chose to exploit the nation's misery for their personal profit. And it belongs to the foot soldiers who blindly followed this treacherous commander in his descent toward treason.

Yes, there will undoubtedly be a confrontation. Calling fellow Fijians "cockroaches" is lifted directly from the Hutu playbook in Rwanda. The Hutus called members of the Tutsi minority cockroaches. They then engineered their president's helicopter crash and used it as a pretext to launch a carefully-planned anti-Tutsi killing spree. It took years and the creation of a Tutsi army to bring the killing under control.

The new blood guilt will be on the hands of this same traitorous commander, his treasonous cadre of soldiers, his carpetbagging mercenaries, their sycophantic supporters, their foreign government enablers, and every Fijian who did nothing to stop them.

Will she also try to sort compensation for Indian farmers who lost their livelihood during the coup? Or reimburse tappoos for their damaged building? And the countless business losses suffered by so many? Trying to justify her leader of opposition pay I guess. What a nutcase.

Anonymous said...

@Georgie Porgie

What Ro Teimumu is saying with respect to Speight and the CRWU is merely the real Manifesto of SODELPA.

The CRWU are heavily involved with SODELPA and are planning the political destabalisation strategy from inside the SODELPA.

What has been revealed by Ro Temumu in Parliament is merely the extension of the CRWU activities from 2000

This is why the CRWU will be the first people the Military squads will go for should there be instability as a result of what they are doing with the SODELPA.

Anonymous said...

The first three senior people on the Sodelpa bench on Parliament are directly involved with the events of 2000 with the CRWU.

Ro Temumu was an active participant in Parliament

Ratu Naiqama was jailed for his role in the takeover of the Labasa military barracks

Niko Nawaikula was an adviser to the George Speight Group in Parliament.

THe link between Sodelpa and the Matanitu Vanua (which is the politican wing of the rebels who took over Parliament) is also strong.

Ratu Naiqama and Niko Nawaikula are founding members of the Matanitu Vanua

Sodelpa is the political wing of the ethnonationalist militancy.

That much is becoming clear.

Sinn Fein never called for clemency for its men held by the British

They took as much as they got.

The most famous one was on Gibraltar when a British squad executed an IRA squad in broad daylight on a Gibraltar street.

Her Majesty's Government (HMG) did not as much as bat an eyelid.

No investigations, no charges.

The logic is simple : HMG did not go out looking for the IRA.

The IRA started it and the HMG finished it for the IRA.

PM was aware the plans were afoot to remove Chaudary Govt and the second phase was - his removal as Commander. So the best option was to leave for overseas because he doesnt know where his Generals stood, loyal and traitors.

He was also cleaning up the Military, there were many involved in Hard Drug Running and they were aware that he was on to them.

The Traitors need a frontman, because as soon as one of them leads the coup PM and loyals will quickly workout the rest because birds of feather, flocks together, the traitors were seen alot together meeting and attending parties together. The coup was mooted about during a cocktail at the old GPH, the traitors were testing the waters, trying to gather more supporters and this info went to PM so his loyals told him its best he leaves for a tour overses whilst they man the post.

So the traitors cant risk showing their face so in walked GSpeight.

The 'men' who was supposed to take over from him didnt turn up,they got cold feet when Suva burned, the burning was a distraction before the coup.Well the Colonel didnt turn up he was staying in Holiday Inn waiting, well he 'died' whilst on a fishing expedition off Moala waters, body never found? In fact, he fled on a foreign naval ship like his buddy and is alive and well bidding his time either on Tonga or elsewhere.

His daughter just recently called the UN a 'useless institution'.

Well whilst Commander was overseas, Govt was removed by Georgie Porgie.Porgie was waiting but Colonel didnt turn up,the Fiji Media had pictures of Porgie sitting on flight of steps in Parliemnt holding his baldie on one hand and a mobile on another, that was when he received that call that 'Sorry you have to carry on shouldering the load for some time like a good souldier man,I have cold feet, the Chiefs who were supposed to support didnt turn up either,in fact only 2 showed up at the Holiday Inn,one from the hills and other from across the sea,the rest didnt ',,Porgie replied 'fuck you guys this wasnt part of the deal,I was supposed to walk away from here at this phase, the second phase is you, remember I am not a soldier, fuck' mobile put out,Porgie bowed his head and quickly thought about the next options available,'fuck he said,I dont know how to run this, this was supposed to be my alibi for not attending my court case in Aust.if I leave this guys will kill me,I have to be guided by someone who know the ropes' in walked Mr White, [to be continued]

Yes @ Anonymous February 21 at 9:43 AM.

Your attemp at an explanation to justify Bainimarama's "escape" overseas immediately before the impending coup which he knew about still leaves so...o...o much to be adequately believed. Did he not want us to think that he was not a supporter of the coup that he was not sure would fail?

One question; why were food and other necessary supplies provided by RFMF which Bainimarama commanded? Does or did this not imply that he was supporting it? Or were these provided without his knowledge and approval?

There are still so many many questions...

Anonymous said...

All those food and necessary supplies were moved without the knowledge and consent of Commander, remember he was away then, because he was supposed to be removed also but that failed because he left for overseas,so the Generals got cold feet, they hadnt thought that he would leave,so they waited for his return, but word got out, loyal soldiers in huge number were waiting for him as the plane touched the tarmac, those tasked to arrest and detain Commander got frozen feet, they were outgunned, outnumbered and outmanouvered. So they watched from afar and info Porgie 'hey Baldie bad news mate, couldnt get to him 1000 loyals present, whats the next move?" Porgie 'Fucksake, ok we will wait for an opportunity later you guys get back here real quick, our rebel civillian supporters are getting hard to handle, they want to assault MChaudary' 'Good news though, a high ranked chief from Rewa has shown her support to the cause, she got balls this one,all the other male chiefs got no balls and no guts to front up,lamulamu bula balavu theorists all of them.' Porgie then told Mr White we need more of you guys in here,to control this crowd and keep our hostages safe, any suggestions, in marched Major Savua and Co. [to be continued]

What a bunch of balderdash! Bainimarama didn't go overseas to counter the coup. Nobody does that. If a commander is opposed to a coup that he believes is about to be mounted, he stays with his loyal troops and closely monitors the situation. In Bainimarama's case that would mean holing up at the camp or else boarding a Fijian warship. It doesn't mean leaving the country and leaving open the possibility of an airport arrest on return.

And Bainimarama knows that. He's proven it himself. Remember how Dakuwaqa tricked him with his one-man Operation Jericho? No support from the chiefs, the church, or even the opposition parties, but Dakuwaqa got inside Bainimarama's head with all of his clever bullshit suggesting a counter-coup would occur on 26 September 2012. And what happened? Did Bainimarama absent himself overseas to see where his generals stood? Hell, no! He even canceled his trip to the UN General Assembly meeting in order to stay close at hand and monitor the situation.

It's quite obvious that Bainimarama arranged to go overseas in order to have an alibi when the coup occurred. And he knew exactly when that would be, because he's the one who set it in motion. Plausible deniability, it was supposed to be, only it was never very plausible. It's even less plausible now that we know more about Bainimarama's role behind the scenes and have seen what a traitor he is.

@4.15

42 took the camp.

The only reason why they managed to do that was because the 3FIR were away at Kavanagasau on field exercises and the guys at the top camp were away as well

The QEB was empty that day.

The Sappers, the Force Training Group and lots of guys who just turned up because they heard it on the radio kitted up and stormed the camp before last light to take it back. Lots of guys in the Reserves and Territorials just walked upto the camp in civilian, got their issue weapon and uniforms from logistics and the armoury and went into action

There were three attack formations that took the camp back.

But there were also soldiers who went outside the camp to block off the support coming to the camp for the CRWU

Probably the biggest Vanua group was supposed to cross the bridge at Nausori where special team who just sat down two GPMG machine guns on the Suva side of the bridge and lined up every bus coming from the Nausori side with a big DO NOT PASS sign.

That was the end of the CRWU mutiny. No Vanua, no party.

The CRWU ended up with their own guys being ferried to hospital starting with Stevens that afternoon. They had been waiting for the arrival of the "Vanua" who were supposed to come in an form a human shield.

Instead of talking about snipers and vaqakoro and all those things koya vakavuna ga na leqa, why don't things like the businessman stuff being talked about and the economy and the new democracy be discussed on this blog. That's useful. E dua na kena yaga.

Koya na CRWU sa laurai ga ikea na sese kei na bavulu kei na leqa. They're not hero's, just nyutcase idiots who listened to a baldhead nutcase idiot with a Little Napoleon complex who only succeeded in destroying their Unit and ensuring its final demise and their dishonourable discharges.

They followed a crook who had been sacked from Heath Insurance for stealing Company funds and when he was found out threatened the managing director that he would get hitmen from Sydney to kill him and then got sacked from Fiji Hardwoods and then unemployed found himself in with some chumps calling themselves the CRWU.

Net result ?

Nutcase + CRWU Chumps = Leqa levu

Nutcase + CRWU Chumps x Treason = Bainimarama's regime

Yes, let's stop talking about snipers and insurgents and how Bainimarama betrayed everyone in 2000 and let's also stop focusing on how he committed treason in 2006. Let's instead talk about business stuff and the common good and how to arrest, try, convict and hang Bainimarama and his key supporters.

@2.40pm

The drafter of Bainimarama's affidavit in the Chandrika Prasad case died last year.

Two years before he died, he lost his mind. He simply stared vacantly into space 24/7. He didn't even recognise his once political partners who came to visit him.

He had done a thorough job in tying up Bainimarama with all the legalese. Misleading Bainimarama that Chaudary was stealing the land and then drafting the affidavit which Bainimarama then had to swear based on his "advise".

In 1987 the drafter of Bainimarama's affidavit in the Chandrika Prasad case had been the MAIN LEGAL MAN behind the 1987 coup d'état.

When those old Itaukei lawyers went out drinking they never went with anything less then $1000 in the pocket.

Those old guys knew how to party.

Those were the days when the old Swiss Tavern was in full swing and the only thing the top guys drank were shots of Johnny Walker Blue by the bottle. At $350 a bottle it was a sizzler.

That seems like a long time ago now. Another place another time.

Who said anything about begging ?

Its called geopolitics.

There's an old Chinese saying. There's no such thing as a free meal.

China isn't here as Father Christmas.

The geopolitical architecture for the Rim of Fire has us sitting bang in the middle of the south western portion and right in China's economic integration plans for the 21st century in this region.

You think they are giving that money for nothing ?

Its business guy.

Business.

The Indians have a saying. It takes two hands to clap.

We have a regional comparative advantage China wants and is willing to pay for and we are happy to work with a business partner in clapping together.

That's why the UAE is here as well

The linkages to South America come through this region and as the volume of shipping increases, Transhipment hubs becomes a key logistical factor in that spoke and wheel concept.

Relax guy. Go and have a glass of ice water and cool down.

That's enough of your Hysterical histrionics

You Bainimarama trolls keep deluding yourselves that all roads lead to Suva and that Fiji is the navel of the world. The strategic cockpit positioned like a Colossus astride the world's trading lanes through the South Pacific. The strategic lines of communication running through Bligh Channel. The dagger pointed at Samoa. The place where Oceania meets Africa/India/the Middle East/Southeast Asia/Northeast Asia/North America/South America -- you pick it. You guys are a hoot!

Your "Look North" policy is a "Kerekere North" policy. Or the phrase I heard that fits best: Bainimarama's "Open Legs" policy.

The only real linkage we have with South America is as a transhipment point for narcotics. And why not? We've got the Manuel Noriega of the Pacific running the country now.

And yet the South African commissioner comes up with the idea of bringing guns into the country when this type of beatdowns is just enough to show what happens when you mess with the law at your own risk.

Bringing in more bloodshed.....I really don't think so.

Anonymous said...

By all means bring in guns. Just make sure you keep them out of the hands of the regime and its thugs. Let them find cheaper butt plugs to use.

You idiot, so you are more safer with murders providing security for your area?

Murderers, traitors, sodomisers, and torturers are already providing for our "security" or haven't you noticed?

People who having been breaking the law for too long will soon get their comeuppance. Vilikesa Soko, David Wise, Josefa Baleiloa, Tevita Malasebe and Alifereti Nimacere had one thing in common. They were all hardened criminals. Their speciality - robbery (with violence if the situation calls for it). Criminals in Fiji have a huge network (outranking Police and Military combined). Ask around and they will tell you the real deal about this guys. These guys were given chances by our criminal justice system to reform but they did not want to change. So those who visit violence on others should expect the same to be brought upon them. Their family members may be crying out for them but they should have, when they were still living, try to reform them. Because they couldn't do that, the system saw it fit to have them dealt with for the greater good. Try asking the victims of these brutes what they felt when they were being violently accosted by these criminals. Their deaths should send a clear message to criminals - ni sa soli na gauna ni veisau mo veisau sara ke sega ena tarava mai na mate........
