Military wants soldiers to design new flag for Fiji

If it wasn't so wrong, it'd be funny.

Whenever things get tricky for Frank Bainimarama, the military comes out to support him or should we say intimidate the people.

And so we have that moment again.

Bainimarama wants to ditch the Fiji flag but there's resistance, so the gutless wonder has called in the military to endorse his plan and to remind citizens the army is only too ready to step in when he needs them.

Fiji army commander Mosese Tikoitoga today said the barracks is right behind the new flag.

Hilariously, he also announced soldiers would be taking part in an internal flag design competition.

Tikoitoga says 'any design that the boys can come up with, we leave it to their imagination, the only instruction we’ve given them it has to have the same shape of the flag that we have now, to have the same light blue background on the flag because it’s then important for our national anthem to the continued blue banner'.

It seems Fiji soldiers can do anything - from being peacekeepers, thugs, 'elected' government ministers, to catching American iguanas and now flag designers.

How about them doing what they're supposed to? Like serving and protecting the people from treasonist, thieving lying coup makers and thugs like Bainimarama and Aiyaz Sayed Khaiyum?

“We fully agree with the changing of the flag, I have put out an instruction with the military that we hold an internal competition in designing the new flag. We will pay a financial price to the winner of the competition within the military environment that instruction has gone out,” said Brigadier General – Mosese Tikoitoga.

Furthermore he added that “any design that the boys can come up with, we leave it to their imagination, the only instruction we’ve given them it has to have the same shape of the flag that we have now, to have the same light blue background on the flag because it’s then important for our national anthem to the continued blue banner.”

When PM Bainimarama went to ask the Army, they should have turned around and told him to do the right thing ie "You are the people's PM, you go and ask the people whether they want a new flag".

Instead the Army just shows why they GAVE THEIR ARSE TO AL-NOUSHRA...ie THEY DID NOT KNOW WHAT TO DO.

THE FIJI ARMY IS SO FARKED UP THEY HAVE NO IDEA WHAT IS RIGHT AND WHAT IS WRONG!

Sa curu ucuwai na mataivalu ni Viti.

YOU PEOPLE IN THE ARMY SHOULD HAVE TOLD BAINIMARAMA TO FARK OFF AND GO AND ASK WHAT THE PEOPLE WANT.

FIRST YOU DEBATE IT IN PARLIAMENT.

THERE IS A PROCESS YOU FARKING ARSEHOLES....

THATS WHY YOU FIJI ARMY ARE SO FARKED UP...

AND THAT IS WHY THE FIJI GOVERNMENT IS FARKED!. THERE IS NO PROCESS...YOU ARE FOLLOWING ONE DICKHEAD WHO IS BEING LED BY ANOTHER DIKHEAD (KAIYUM).

If we leave the new flag up to the army's imagination, then expect more than one submission to look like the Japanese Rising Sun, except brown on a field of blue, symbolising Ben Padarath's gun-ravaged bung hole. Tony Gates can make the final selection. If he knows anything, it's bung holes.

As a Filipino who served in the Golan Heights, I'm writing to defend my Fijian army brothers. Though they may not have many fighting qualities, they do sing, draw and paint beautifully, and their penmanship is often superb. I heartily recommend them to your flag design competition. Why shouldn't the RFMF design the new flag? It's only their country now. Nobody else gets a say.

Anonymous said...

It all bears down to LEADERSHIP. Now that our country is under a MILITARY DICTATORSHIP, the people should not be taken by surprise to see the INVOLVEMENT of the Military in all areas from Politics to the rest of it.

As we see it, there is no such thing as a democratic referendum, zilch! Frank, Aiyaz and their military criminals (not soldiers because they abide by every broken rule) will promulgate, legislate, instigate, DICTATE any unlawful change in such a subtle manner that the people will eventually think that these EVIL LEADERS are doing what is according to law.

Did this government ASK the people whether it was a good thing to change the flag and whether they approved? NO!!

Instead just like military strategy, they conjure up a plan and ensure by crafty rule that the people are TRAPPED or CONNED into their plot.

They DO NOT ASK the people via a proper referendum THEY DICTATE (like I said, in a crafty sneaky way) to the people by making it seem a public joyous occasion for all to submit their ideas even including up to the DUMBEST MILITARY ON EARTH to take part.

Now if the people of Fiji cannot make out what these EVIL LOT are up to, then the rest of their progressive plots and schemes is a SIMPLE BREEZE for them.

Frank and Aiyaz and the Fiji Military take a deep indepth study of the vulnerable mindset of the Fijian people. They know how the gullible think and they play on their minds in order to gain public favour.

Freebies everywhere these days. Taxpayers will have to fork out the dough.

This government should be concentrating on more job employments and cut down on inflation of food prices. One just has to go to the supermarket and see how difficult it must be for those who are really struggling to make a living survive.

This government is diverting attention from that which really matters and is TRICKING the nation as time goes by.

VALOLOMA REALLY THE PEOPLE!

THE OPPOSITION IS DOING A GREAT JOB THRASHING THESE GREEDY CRAFTY POLITICIANS OF THE FIJI FIRST GOVERNMENT.

BUT MORE NEEDS TO BE DONE. PEOPLE ITS TIME TO SIT UP AND TAKE NOTE..STUDY THE MILITARY INVOLVEMENT IN SOCIETY TODAY AND TAKE A CLOSER LOOK AT THE PLOTS FRANK AND AIYAZ ARE SCHEMING AGAINST YOU.

STOP FALLING PREY. OF COURSE WE NEED TO SCRUTINIZE THE JUDICIARY AND THE LAW EVER SO CLOSELY. ARE THEY TO BE TRUSTED??

THE YOUNG PEOPLE OF TODAY ARE THE LEADERS OF TOMORROW, THERE ARE GOOD AND CLEVER BRAINS OUT THERE, THEY NEED TO TAKE STOCK TOO!

@12.16AM

Yes the good image of the Fiji Military is 'out the door'. They, each and every soldier should be questioning the leadership of their Commanders. But no, you wont find that because the love of money minus good clear moral compass is what they prefer. THE MILITARY like Frank and Aiyaz HAVE LOST ITS SOUL TO THE DEVIL HIMSELF!

Just fancy marching displays, fancy speeches and beating up civilians are all they are good for.

THE BIGGEST COWARDLY BEHAVIOUR OF OUR SOLDIERS WAS PROVEN AT GOLAN HEIGHTS!

THE FIJI MILITARY TODAY HAS LOST ALL CREDIBILITY UNDER ITS CURRENT MILITARY LEADERSHIP!

SHAME ON FIJI MILITARY! WE ARE MORE OF A COMMUNIST RULE UNDER THESE LOST GOONS!

Those who would scrap our flag are those who never bore faithful allegiance to it in the first place.

You cannot use an anus as a heraldic device. That's not allowed. That emblem is now reserved to the Bainimarama clan of Kiuva exclusively.

Kamlesh Kumar, Auckland said...

I would like this to go on the new flag. A ripe vudi, yellow in colour to signify the cowards in the army, and this yellow vudi points to a black anus, Bainimagasona's anus.

That is, those cowards in the army lick Bai's anus after he had a shit.

Sorry, but in heraldry, the colour red is referred to as "gules."

Also, in the case of treason, the traitor's entire coat of arms is debased or reversed.

Now, the interesting problem arises of how to deal with the case of the anus device signifying the Bainimaramas of Kiuva, and reserved for them alone, since the Bainimaramas are unquestioned traitors of great notoriety, but an anus reversed is still an anus.

The heralds' solution is quite simple and elegant. It is to replace the simple large device blazoned on the Bainimarama escutcheon with an anus that is now entirely puckered.

Bainmarama, ASK, the Military who are disloyal to this current flag and all who advocate the removal of it have not realized what it means to have served with loyalty and devotion under it.

Bainimarama, ASK and the Military are not even respecting this current type democracy that they have concocted. Democracy actually means a government of the people, by the people for the people. FFP's majority in parliament does not mean that they can alter the national flag at their own whim and drive their own ideas down the throats of the people. Changes of this nature should call for a national referendum, and for the Military to say that they will go ahead with Bainimarama's idea that they only should design the flag is an exhibition of disrespect for the talents of all other artists and designers amongst the general citizenry. And Tikoitoga is a fool for disregarding and ignoring the people whom he is supposed to guard and protect because they pay him of their tax dollars.

Come October 10th and beyond, I am sure that many in these 300 islands in the sun will still be flying this current "noble banner blue" if they will not hounded up to the barracks to be "taken to task". Hopefully not, because we are now a "democracy", or are we?

Kamlesh Kumar said...

It's fitting that an anus for Bainimarama was suggested because his mouth and his anus can be interchanged.

Now Military will design the Flag, this is because in reality, this country is still under MILITARY DICTATORSHIP.

Now it makes sense why Baini allocated sooo much money for Military for 2015. I feel that KHAIYUM SHOULD DESIGN THE Flag. After all, he is the father of Fiji and Bainimarama is the mother of Fiji. Bainimarama and Khaiyum have gotten married secretly. They are changing our flag to celebrate their marriage alliance.

Its funny now when I re-read that piece.
When I first read it I thought that it sounded a bit odd.

I don't know of any country in the world that has a FLAG THAT IS NOT RECTANGULAR IN SHAPE.

Although in the movies we see sometimes flags with 2 triangular tails etc etc.

I'M BEGINING TO WONDER ABOUT TIKOITOGA.
WHAT THE FARK IS GING ON IN THAT BRAIN.

THIS MUTHAFAKA actually called the soldiers of Fiji, PUSSIES.

I THINK THAT IS VERY DEMEANING.

AND NOW HE'S TELLING THEM TO KEEP IT THE SAME FARKING SHAPE???
WTF!

DOES HE THINK HE IS TALKING TO KINDAGARTEN KIDS OR WHAT?

Boy o boy. I hope our soldiers are not that dumb.

I THINK TIKOITOGA IS A FARKIN MORON ANYWAY.

ITS VERY DEMEANING TO TALK DOWN TO YOUR OWN SOLDIERS LIKE THAT.

Qori: VILIKESA SOKO ASSAILANTS TO BE CHARGED
The Director of Public Prosecutions Mr Christopher Pryde (DPP) has decided to charge 8 police officers and 1 military officer in relation to the death of Vilikesa Soko which occurred whilst he was held in police custody in August 2014.
Manasa Talala, Seruvi Caqusau, Kelevi Sewatu, Penaia Drauna, Filise Vere, Viliame Vereivalu, Jona Davonu, Pita Matairavula and Senitiki Natakasavu are to be jointly charged with the Manslaughter of Vilikesa Soko and with Assault Occasioning Actual Bodily Harm to Senijieli Boila.
The DPP has also decided to charge these same men with an alternative count of rape in regards to Vilikesa Soko.
In addition, Manasa Talala and Viliame Vereivalu are also to be charged with Perverting the Course of Justice by instructing other police officers to make false statements in regard to this investigation.
Mr Pryde said: “The Police are to be commended for conducting a professional and thorough investigation. This case reinforces the commitment of the State to bring to justice any person who thinks that their position places them above the due process of the law. As this matter is now before the courts there should be
no further public discussion or speculation in the media other than what is reported in the courts.”

Soko's group decided to hit the West at the wrong time when the whole Force over there was frantically plugging the holes woth the runaway crime that the Commissioner of Police was barking up their tree about every week and the jobs of many of those officers were in the line

Two ex soldiers in that group Matairavula and Davonu.

Khaiyum said we will review the fuel cost again in January. We are still waiting. Another lie!

The current price of a barrel is below $50. How about bring the price to $1/litre as the $2/litre was set when the price was about $100/barrel.

And bring the other prices down as well as a result - lower taxi fares, lower cost of food, lower air fares, lower everything and more money to save for those who work. At least those of us who do not have employment and are struggling can benefit a little.

Forget the flag and let us focus on the lives of people.

@10.07pm That's the problem when there's not much grey matter between the ears and when there's no discipline.

Stupid things like that happen.

There was no need to beat up Soko. He was already under arrest and should have been processed and charged for that robbery

The BSP guys were a different situation.

They were subjected to graduated stress imposition and their interrogation was supervised by experienced and senior security officers who had a specific objective of securing information from them because the Government was concerned that the BSP guys were part of a wider network of destabalisation for the country, which it turned out from their interrogation that they were not.

None of the BSP boys died.

Apart from the boy who jumped down the cliff in Lami and broke his leg which then went gangrenous and had to be amputated they (including the boy who lost his leg) are all healthy and well.

Anonymous said...

The youtube video of the two prisoners being interrogated shows a Police Inspector trying to fracture the ankle of one of the subjects. He was not supposed to do that.

Those boys were being interrogated to get information to establish whether or not there were a destabalisation campaign with them being part of it within the wider context of the prison breakouts which were happening at that specific time.

This is not new. The use of military weapons in bank robberies in the country during the 90's and into the post 2000 period has only finally been stopped now because all the leakages from within the Military have been blocked, starting with the officer cadre and because the top brass of the military has taken an active and aggressive approach to nipping that thing in the bud.

A number of bank robberies in the 90's which involved the use of military issue weapons also involved 1st Meridian soldiers in the planning and execution, the most prominent among them was a 1st Meridian Sergeant who was also charged for a number of those armed robberies but never got convicted for any of them.

These are all issues which affect the stability of the country, but dealing with them needs a balance which recognises basic rights under the Constitution but at the same time also provides a robust defence for the wellbeing and welfare of the State and the people.

Anonymous said...

So, now the guy broke his leg jumping down a cliff in Lami!

What about the excuse the regime gave us earlier, which that the leg had to be amputated due to Type 2 Diabetes?

That's the problem when you lie. You can't keep track of your stories.

Are you sure the leg didn't need to be anputated due to "graduated stress imposition"?

During the Spanish Inquisition, that technique was simply known as "the rack".

Anonymous said...

The officer wasn't truing to fracture his ankle. That was just another "graduated stress imposition" test to see how much pain he could endure before passing out. This is not new. The RFMF does this all the time with its unarmed prisoners. We wouldn't want anyone to overthrow the government, now, would we?

Anonymous said...

How can you claim 1st Meridian soldiers were involved in bank heists without giving any proof? That's an unproven allegation. You don't want to upset Vili Rakoro with another unproven allegation.

Anonymous said...

The use of military weapons in bank robberies in the country during the 90's and into the post 2000 period has only finally been stopped because a more powerful criminal syndicate is now in charge of the RFMF and Fiji.

@7.32am Smith was a Meridian Sergeant who was implicated in a number of armed robberies including the old Westpac Walu Bay branch.

Bukalidi was another NCO was implicated in the Flagstaff Westpac robbery which was the first involving firearms in this country. That was in 1988. A Security Guard was shot in that robbery.

Baleiloa (aka Bugner) is another soldier who was very active and had access to RFMF weapons. He sadly died at Tacirua when he was captured by the Police a few years back.

Anonymous said...

@7.32 Smith also co-opted other RFMF soldiers to do robberies in the 90's. They did bank robberies and they also did payroll robberies.

The Police could not crack that team. CID, Special Branch all failed to pin them to those crimes.

Too slick.

Anonymous said...

Those things could only happen because they had access to weapons from the Armoury with the green light from flaky senior officers.

When Rabuka was PM those armed robberies and bank hesist involving military issue weapons were at their height.

The most brazen was the $250k armed hold up of the Money Transfer of the Rajendra Prasad supermarket in downtown Suva in broad daylight.

That squad had a gunman called Bulumakau aka Bull who was later charged for an attempted hit in Taveuni where he ambushed a man in front of the Post office over there with a .22 in broad daylight as the man exited a vehicle in front of the Post office to do business in town over there. Luckily that man survived.

In parliament yesterday Opposition Hon V Gavoka was suggesting that the Military clean up its act because for the current moment the people don't see the military as their friends and something needs to be done about it he said.

Hellooooo, absolutely!

They are military thugs who creep up on people they are supposed to be protecting and are shameless bullies who threaten and treat their captives in a manner that can only prove barbaric and gross animalistic instincts in them. Our soldiers are supposed to be trained and strengthened by the warrior ethos to DEFEND AND PROTECT all living in Fiji.

Are they projecting this image? Definitely not! Now its proven by their captivity via a cowardly surrender to terrorists in Golan that they were blatant 'pussies' as someone lately said.

Ask the majority today what they really think of these soldiers and the answer would either be ' no comment' or 'we're afraid, can't say much' or 'they not like before, these days they different', 'bad leadership going on' and perhaps a brave soul would say it is as it is "they're not soldiers but cowards and look at the way they are behaving in this beloved nation of ours? they were once our comrades, where's the display of military discipline and the fear of God, WE DONT TRUST THEM"

While we're on about the military, take a good look at the barbaric monsters in the police squad??? Why would these police officers in the Soko case actually RAPE Soko? What the heck is in their hellish minds?? And to think that we should trust the Police?

All these negative sentiments expressed against both law enforcements are justified and the people are not to be fooled.
The Military and Police today work hand-in-hand destroying all aspects of the respect and high-praise we once had for them and that is like ..some light years ago! We speak of corruption and are dumbfounded to see the Police and Military behaving in a way that reeks of corruption in the shocking things that they do.

But for the Police Commissioner, Major General Bernardus Groenewald, thank you for doing a fine job Sir..hopefully more investigations and arrests will be carried out by you and your dedicated team for all the REAL criminals on the loose enjoying their new jobs in high places!!

This is what we need to see in Fiji today - PROPER FORM OF JUSTICE. While some are paying for their crime in jail, more of the said 'free criminals' on the loose need to be arrested and answer for their heinous crimes.

Rape of prisoners by Police officers and Prison officers was happening way back in the 1980's.

Back in the 90's Prison officers were charged and convicted for raping Gay prisoners in their care.

One of the most violent and most corrupt Police Stations back in the late 80's and early 90's in Fiji was the Samabula Police Station because it had two major drug dealers in the city of Suva within its precincts and an array of brothels down towards Waimanu Road and Robertson Road.

One dealer lived next to Qarase's house at Moti street and another ran a kava shop next to the Hot Bread kitchen.

Drug exhibits went missing from the Police Station as a matter of course and ended up back on the streets.

This problem is not new it started way back in the late 1980's.

After the coup d'├ętat in 1987 the organisational strength and discipline and ethos of the services was completely corrupted.

Beatings became the norm in the 90's. And deaths in custody were not out of the ordinary

This is a sickness which has become an epidemic.

Yagasa was being used as a drug transit point in the 80's and 90's. The yachts came through from South America and dropped of their cannabis and cocaine in prepared hide sites in Yagasa and then yachts from Australia came down and picked them up and took them to Sydney.

That transit point was accidently discovered by a group of fishermen who curious to find gas cylinders buried in the sand sent the report through to Suva.

The Navy sent a specialist section to Yagasa to prepare an ambush and await the arrival of the yachts that were supposed to come in and make the pick up.

That information was leaked from inside the National Security Council (which is the advisory body of the Cabinet of Defence matters) to the drug dealers.

The Specialist Navy team waited for almost three weeks and finally the ambush had to be called off because someone from inside the Rabuka Government had topped off the Mafia in Sydney that a special forces Navy squad was waiting to ambush their pick up team at Yagasa.

Good to know inside info.

Now their fruits are being widely exposed!!! They've become ARSE perverts!!!

@10.48 That's why the clean up was necessary.

That Karma Sutra business at the Golf club isn't the only one the architect of the 2000 bloodshed said sorry for at the National Stadium in that tear riddled splutter of remorse.

When the Meridians found the PM with Lyle Cupits wife and the FIS reported to Kubuabola that Mr Big was bedding his own officers wives and the SVT had a big hoohaa with the Methodsit Ministers about why the Boss can't keep the pecket where t belongs in the pants, you know there's a big problem.

Whilst many suspected that an honest investigation would have come up with this result it highlights a rather serious concern all must not ignore.

The number of people charged in this barbaric incident is frightening when considering it involved the simple arrest of one robbery suspect.

It also has to be assumed that even more knew what had happened and chose to ignore it.

This suggest a very high percentage of shit working within the police force that every citizen needs to help to weed out.

WHERE WAS THIS BLOG OWNER AND ALL HIS UNDERWAERS WHEN THE ARMY DID A COUP IN 1987 AND DISPLACED SO MANY INDIANS. THEY WERE ALL THEN HAPPY BECAUSE THE ARMY ACTED AGAINST INDIANS. WHY COMPLAIN NOW?
CRYBABIES.
THE ARMY WOULD HAVE REALLY HELPED ALL INDIANS IF IT DID A COUP IN 1977 WHEN NFP WON. THANKS TO THE ARMY AS INDIANS ARE MORE MORE THAN HAPPY HAVING SETTLED SOMEWHERE ELSE

Are wah! Changing the flag now, why? Hon Bai and Hon Khai want their faces on the flag, it's kinda obvious. Sa vacava tu na via rogo! Pride ga sa laurai. To forget the past is hypocrisy. One cannot determine the future without the past. Neo..nonsence..ulullala..When removing the emblem, don't forget the cloth. It is Brittish. Ever thought of drau ni suluka to carry the new emblem? That is if you want true Fiii flag. Use magimagi as rope and dogo as pole.We were rescued by the British and the future cannot forfeit that. Its part of Fijis future. Changing the flag is taking us back to pre-indentured time when cannibalism was thriving. Are..wah! The 2 honorables want to be part of a lovo meal,, yuck! Crap taste!
The most prudent thing for Bai and Khai is instead of having Hon before their names , have HORN before their arses..ouch! Long live all the Bulls ni Yaqara! Are wah! Ya.. drau na qai rogo. .

Josateki Daulako saya......Indians are tolerated not accepted around the world. In NZ, AUST, CANADA, they are regarded as cunning, thieving, fraudsters, gutless and cowards. One thing I know for sure is that Frank has Indian blood line and European as well. When the coup happened in 1987, it was the best thing to happen for the itaukei Fijians. The Indians believed that they could take over the country like they did in Mauritiaus. Ha Ha Ha...We did not allow that to happen and of course they fled. All that has happened has now come to pass. Why hold onto it. Learn from it. Fiji is a Fijian Country. Many visitors from abroad who come to Fiji have only one thing to say about Indians they meet in Fiji - Untrustworthy. C'mon you Indians know it...you will sell yourself for a dollar or your own family to gain something of material value. That is where a Fijian and Indian differs. Of course many Indians have made their wealth in Fiji but Fijians do not measure happiness through wealth. That is only an illusion. If Indians want to continue living in Fiji in peace and harmony, respect and be respected. Now is the time more than ever that Fijians and Indians are uniting. Want to be a coward and run with the Military and Frank so be it. Just remember, like Hitler, Napoleon and many of the dictators over history, they enjoyed their dominance over a number of years but everything comes to an end. Nothing lasts forever. Todays its Franks turn, who knows what tomorrows sunshine will bring. Frank may laugh and think he is the kingpin now, but he is nothing but a thug and a common criminal and his time is coming.

Don't like Fijians or the way we Fijians are...you don't need a visa now. Lets see how many of you gutless Indians will go back and live in India...hahaha....Be lucky if 10 did. You guys know that you came here as slaves or indentured labourers, with nothing but the shirt on your back. Poor as dust and nothing to live for. Appreciate your acceptance in your country of adoption. Not your country but country of adoption. If I decide to move to India which will never happen because that place stinks and is fully of freaks, if I gain an Indian passport I will never be called an Indian and don't want to be. It is only a country of adoption. Get it Indians. Be glad your living now in a country which provides for you and allows you to grow wealthy...Go back and you will be building houses with cow dung, bent over planting rice 16 hours a day and eating grass hoppers and rats. APPRECIATE AND RESPECT

By the way, by the time of Fiji's Cession, the United States no longer had slavery. A little thing called the American Civil War settled that in 1865.

So if you're enslaved now in Fiji, it's not because of us. We're not slave owners or even slave traders. We're just putting lipstick on a pig and getting paid for it. Nothing personal.

Our flag symbolises our status as an independent sovereign democracy, that was once a colony of Britain for 96 years.
From Britain came our legal system, christianity, our initial education system, our Westminister system of government, most of our names of institutions, roads, taxation system, training of some of our reknowned leaders and statesmen.
Our flag symbolises our future as an agro-based economy with some of our major agricultural exports depicted on it.
Sugar was introduced by the British to boost our economy, and will continue to be a central part of our economy.
Banana export challenges our country for a major reform to boost its quality and production.
Coconut production challenges our country for major reforms to also boost production that can support a major section of our population.
Our flag is already a forward looking symbol of progress, it manifests both the past and the future!

My time is here and now and you can bring it on but your too scared hiding behind your anonymity. I have been questioned by the Military and beaten but I take my lead from our leaders in opposition who now, say it in Franks face like it is. Many Indians who support Frank now have no respect whatsoever for the itaukei today and continue to think we are nothing but lazy and good for nothing. We have learnt from our past and one thing for sure, we wont take the lead from Frank...He is an idiot. He makes an idiot out of himself. He does not need help on that scale. Indians may not like what I have said but that's the truth and if you have your own opinion, that's yours to say. Like I said before, we have learnt from the past 87 and 2000 coup and now is the time to put a stop to coups and Frank's continuous cowardly leaning towards the Military will never stop this. His disrespect for the Chiefs of Fiji trickles down to the younger generation and now we have a disrespectful generation. Is this Fiji moving forward...perhaps for some but not for all. Frank will crumble eventually. The power of the people will prevail. His falling will be his own doing.

. As I have said there are good bad and moderate people living in every race bastard. There are millions of indians living in overseas. Most of them are in rich and middle class categories. Whites like indian
and chinese. You will find the PM of NZ every fortnight on radio tarana. Auckland politicians regulary attend indian functions. Indians hold big positions in government and private sector. This shows that indians are not hated but appreciated. If indians live fiji you will not have a sulu on your self. So bastard donot attack indians but debate on issues like Kuni Re Re.

To Josateki
Who started the coup culture in Fiji? The nationalist eg. Taniela Veitata, Apisai Tora, Viliame Gonelevu, Rakivi, Veisamasama, Rt-Inoke Kububola, Jim Ah Koy, DR Ahmed Ali. The Alliance losers used Rabuka to overthrow the government. They couldn't accept the defeat. 1970 Constitution was the best constitution for Fiji. If there was no coup in Fiji in 1987 Fiji would have progressed quite well comparatively to other Pacific Countries. Lies and damn lies were used to incite the itaukeis. You can fool some people some of the time but you cant fool all the people all the time. 2000 coup was carried out by business people. Now the table has turned and the guns are facing the nationalists as the Military realised that the problem are the nationalists not Indians. So leave Indians for god's sake.

Very odd to see VILI RAKORO now attacking FFP and its leader and wife. This is the same person that was vehemently attacking the Opposition in earlier stories on the Fiji TV saga. Someone had identified VR as the commonly known snitch at Fiji TV, Fernando Lobendahn, who is good mates with the Khaiyum brothers. There was never any loyalty with this person & all those that worked & are still working with him know that he has a slack woman's mouth. Once he was caught, he removed himself from Facebook. His wife, Karen followed suit & both are no longer on FB. Certainly no loyalty to himself.

Colonel Frank is doing an excellent job in making the "Old Fijian Flag" a symbol of resistance.

Anonymous said...

@ Semesa Karavaki... Rabuka was never used. He chose to be the one to carry out the coup. He benefitted from it like Frank the thug is benefitting today. There has been many accusations but no proof whatsoever that Fiji greatest politician Ratu Sir Kamisese Mara was involved in the 1987 coup. In fact he lost so much from it and the fact is that the military from 1987 to 2000 to 2006, continue to like you, raise his name but never putting forward anything of substance to prove his involvement. Baloney and rubbish unless it can be proven. Inoke Kubuabola, Taniela Veisamasama, Apisai Tora yes...Doctor Ahmed Ali and Jim Ah Koy...Don't know where you dreamt that up from. Your saying the coup was carried out by business people....Hello...what the eff are you watching or high on...the effing Military - Fiji's Army...Sotia, Mataivalu that's who executed every coup that has ever happened in Fiji. There is accusations of funding by business people but has anyone been persecuted for it. Stop your stupid coconut wireless Semesa Karavaki and stick to what you witnessed and every single citizen of Fiji who understood what happened during the coups in 1987, 2000 and 2006, know one thing for sure. The Fiji ARMY, Mataivalu or whatever you want to call these idiots staged the coup. They in 1987 and 2000 had the support of the nationalist but they the FIJI MILITARY FORCES executed the coup and with brutality, attacked their own defenceless people. In 1987, the Military attacked and brutalized thousands of Indians, took them to the camp, danced on their stomach and backs, made them dive in shit, tortured them and raped their women and held guns to the heads of old Indian men and today, the Fiji Military Forces are claiming that they were misled....How pathetically stupid is that. Its like you Semesa, I tell you go jump over the cliff and while your falling, you say, but Josateki told me to jump..Too late Semesa, your falling to your demise and so is the Fiji Military Forces. If there is anyone to blame, it is the heads of the Military who made their decision and we still see it today, with Frank and his dumb ass military council. These people the Military should be serving the people that pay them and that's the Citizens of Fiji. We don't pay taxes these dumb stupid soldiers will be playing cow boys and Indians. You are unconvincing...dumbarse idiot

@ Dharam Lingam... lol..your post makes me laugh.... areh yaar bahut funny reh...

Tum nai worry karo yaar..........

Dharam you are right...Indians have been victims and were victims specifically in 1987. Indians were attacked by the Fiji Military Forces, terrorized, brutalised, raped. They military allowed looting and stealing from Indians by the rebels and military in 1987 and 2000. The Fiji Miltary Forces had committed all these atrocities against the Indians both in 1987 and 2000 and in 2006, the Fiji Military Forces are claiming that they were so dumb and stupid they were being misled...Yep, adult Military leaders who are also university graduates, capable of thinking for themselves today, are blaming others for something they committed. When you stand before God, you cannot say, he made me do it. You account for your own actions. You are right on that accord Dharam, Indians had nothing to do with the Fiji Military and had suffered the coups, abuse, torture and fled this country because of the Fiji Military. So if you have someone to attack, go for them, the Fiji Military Forces who are now wearing sheep skin. Just remember one thing your saying is true, 99% of the Fiji Military are itaukei...now what happens if these idiots in sheep skin decide to turn back into wolves...Can you Indians really trust Frank and the Fiji Military. I don't because they lost my trust in 1987, 2000 and 2006. .... JOSATEKI DAULAKO
