EXPOSED: Bainimarama to fundraise and meet Muslim Community

It says he's chief guest at the Fiji Day Celebrations but what is the real motive for Frank Bainimarama's trip to Vancouver?

The answer lies in the programme for the celebrations.

On Saturday 8th August Canadian time, Bainimarama will meet the Muslim Business Council. The programme is littered with events but does not state any other official meeting with any other business organisation.

On Friday 7th August Canadian time, there is a red carpet gala dinner. There will be 200 tables and each table will have 10 people. The cost of the tickets? $50 Canadian.

On Sunday 9th August there is an Isa Lei Night, with tickets at $35 Canadian.

We believe both the dinner and Isa Lei night are sponsored.

So if the dinner is sold out, there will be 2000 people; 200 tables x 10 persons. This means $100,000 Canadian - the equivalent to $162,000 Fiji Dollars - will be raised.

While the former Fiji residents living in Vancouver have paid airfares for Bainimarama, it is not clear who has paid airfares for Mary Bainimarama.

Obviously, Bainimarama has already received per diem for the trip, paid by the taxpayers.

This trip to Canada looks very much like a personal trip with

shades of Bainimarama's one-time Robin Hood Mahendra Chaudhry's fundraising expeditions after the 2000 coup.

See the programme above for yourself.

Also an advertisement and a message from one Shalendra Kumar, obviously for a souvenir magazine.

See for yourself.

The people of Fiji should understand from this that Bainimaramam has special love flowing for the muslim community, no hard feelings but the bias is clear as crystal. Keep watching and let the devil duo entertain us. This country is on the road to RUIN.

Resume of a Shalendra..
If you cant fly, then run, if you can't run then walk, if you can't walk then crawl..luther. Washington University speech 1957.
These were the words of a true leader and warrior who didn't fear death to fight his cause. It cannot be applied to Frank who is surrounding himself with armed bodyguards 24/7 for protection . He is well known for his cowardice when he left his men behind to flee to the cassava patch in the 2000 mutinee- a war zone. Why didn't he use a gun and fought back to instill courage to his men. Churchill in the midst of the reigning German bombs on the City of London was seen in the middle of the casualties while the bombs were still dropped. He defied orders to leave from his own personal security officer. He didn't fear death.
Martin and Churchill are true leaders of the people who fought for a just cause for humanity and freedom. Voreqe on the other hand instead of uniting his own people , creating a wide gap that will take years to mend. His trademark the world must know is" Frank The Coward leader".

I am confused.
Muslim and Miss Fiji Canada in the same headline?

it sounds like many here are confusing NEPOTISM (a small group of people related and using the state as their piggy bank) and a general religious community, in this case muslim.

we are fed up of the idiots unable to make the difference between the 2.
we have seen that before the world over.

let's call a cat a cat, and accriminal accriminal. don't mix everything up.
The small group of criminals around Bainimarama has been selected within the muslim community because it seems more easy for Bainimarama to trust another person in a weak position (Khaiyum) . Together they are more safe. We all know that nobody can be trusted in Fiji, land of the ultimate liu muri. Bainimarama could never trust an iTaukei (look at Mara, Driti, and the list goes on forever) the indian business sharks are pretty much the same. $$$$$$$$$$ rules. it was true for Rabuka too...remember the NBF.

so a small muslim clique happened in this case to have join the devil, but I will always refuse to amalgamate a small group of criminals with a religious denomination. let's call them the proper way : the Khaiyum clique. it does include more than "muslim" criminals.

$ex is also another problem. YES to a $extapo

People, we need to stand up and push for a "Sex Gestapo" in Fiji, or to make it shorter, $extapo (sex+tape+organisation)
The mission of the $extapo would be to "tape" all sexual misconducts and ask for the suspects to swear on the bible that they are clean.
We will tolerate nothing less than absolute purity. We shall put together a webpage where people can post pictures. if you go to a hotel and see a local SUV with an old man and a young woman together, report the place, date and everything. Take pictures!
let's break down those who pretend to be clean and above the people!

I hereby proclaim the birth of the $EXTAPO!

And btw all those dumb Miss Fiji competitions must stop, they are only a way to humiliate women.

Sounds good to be true but who do you think can effect this when the people who were destined to keep and restore the law are the ones breaking it. Our culture and religion were the only institutions that instill values and respect to a human. The word sex was always a taboo, even prohibited to be mentioned in public but today it's no more. Credits to Education and modern development. We have to live with it. Our leaders like Tikoitoga , Minister Reddy, Former PM Rabuka , et al were adulterers and as I write they still owe a public apology for their actions and their involvement in destroying a God given family .

Anonymous said...

@6:10 AM
$extapo IS the law of the people. $extapo will create its webpage, maybe a blog like this one, and there will be tools for people to upload pictures and videos of culprits in an anonymous way. We need PROOFS. The case of Tikoitoga is very very very suspicious. Unless we have a denial on the bible, we will believe what we will believe...

Let's not be fooled thinking that that the traditional society was pure: it never was. having tabu on words like sex meant only that sex offenders were more active behind the scenes...

This is why $extapo is needed to put some big STRESS on our soldiers, PMs, businessmen, etc! Let's go people and TAPE. Go out at night on Victoria parade and look out for SUVs and PMs and business people! TAPE!!! TAPE!!!! TAPE!!!

WE will clean up that mess and until the PM tell us what all those Chinese students are doing on Victoria Parade at 11 at night on a SUNDAY, we will ask for his removal.

No more prostitution shall be entertained in Fiji!

No, the upload will be free BUT an agent of the $esTapO will have to investigate first before publishing the thing to the general public. When the information collected will be robust, it will be posted. Everything will have to be professional.

It could be very easy to actually set up a system in order to bring down MPs, church men and businessmen. Men are so vulnerable. I will set up a team to get the whole thing going. Very easy to do these days!

I don't think there is anything wrong in setting up a trap where men could fall. If you are clean, you shouldn't worry.

Fiji Sun Again Glamourizes top Military officials. The regime's asslicking mouthpiece again does the thing it does best by glorifying Qiliho and Kalouniwai. Another two glorified overrated military officials who have not been really tested in what real military guys are decorated for i.e. valor and integrity in real battle and combat. This too guys might just be able to prove that if given the chance but please don't go sucking and licking up all these commendations about them and their academic qualifications. We all know these overrated academically qualified military guys are useless and hopeless when it comes to real civilian work. They are just used to taking orders and not use their own judgment and acumen (if they have any). Look at Pio Tikoduadua, he was fuckall and got fucked before he even knew it. Seruiratu is even dumber and Aziz is just a fucking conniving useless prick who is not good for anything but fill his own pockets.

To earn their stripes send Fiji contingent to real combat missions and test their mettle their and if they deserve it then we can heap accolades on them. Likewise if they are so highly academically throw them into a real public or corporate institutional environment, without their overbearing military command demeanor in support (like it still is in Fiji). Good examples are Paul Manueli (fucked up Fiji financially)and Konrote (useless and still milking the system).

So please stop overrating and glorifying this useless military personalities who have done nothing but damage and continue to drain the system of hardearned taxpayers dollars. Medals are earned by real good deeds and actual bravery in the face of real adversity, and not from just fiddling each other in the barracks or while on peacekeeping duties.

@12:36PM
In the time of Rabuka, Fijians got a lot of money... It eventually lead to the collapse of Fiji's only national bank. As a result, we are throwing our profits overseas now. You will find a monument to that foolishness on a small island off Vanuabalavu, near Mara's place...
Fijians don't need that much money actually. They have free land around themselves and plenty workforce!
The problems have to do with culture/ethics.
This is what needs to be changed, but the people are more or less willing to change...
Whoever runs Fiji will face the same problems...
Fijians have small expectations (I am not saying its a bad thing) and are willing to contribute only the minimum. We have to get real about it.

yes I totally agree with your proposal to implement. It as a way to bring down and expose those involved in this acts nevertheless discouraging anyone from flourishing in such business. It is a constructive way too BUT I still have my doubts,... this time for those involved in the investigations/censorship before pictures, videos and clips are released to the audience. Who would be these people? Is it going to be just you, I guess so, because you sound so cool, professional and a person of principal.. If you're tasked to carry out this censorship would you be able to control your desire and craving for sex if one or several bloggers started posting pornographic pictures/videos instead of what the website was intended for? Certainly you'll come across these materials, wont you? and if you're locked up in your room alone censoring....what comes next is. .history

Sold for less

Vuniwaqa Bola-Bari
Thursday, August 06, 2015

FINANCE Ministry officials have been asked to explain why Government shares in Fiji International Telecoms Ltd (FINTEL) were sold millions less than their value.

Yesterday, Public Accounts Committee members questioned the independence of the valuation that determined the value of the internet and international telecommunication provider in Fiji.

Representatives of the Office of the Auditor-General informed the committee that Ministry of Finance had valued FINTEL within the range of $11.8million to $19.1m.

However, the 51 per cent Government ownership in FINTEL was sold to Amalgamated Telecommunications Holdings for about $9m in 2013.

In March 2012, Cable and Wireless sold its 49 per cent stake in FINTEL for about $US10.6million or $22.6m (current exchange rate).

PAC chairman Professor Biman Prasad in another PAC meeting yesterday asked the OAG representative to clear the air on the issue as it appeared to be a serious one.

"We had raised this issue following on the valuation done by the Ministry of Finance itself, they valued the FINTEL Government owned shares of 51 per cent and we had raised our concern based on the independence and the credibility of the valuation," the representative said.

"It was not independently done by a certified valuation entity and the response from Ministry of Finance was that they had agreed with FINTEL on the sale of $9m instead of the lowest range of $11.1m which is basically due to the inactive financial market on the economy, so FINTEL was sold at a lower value," the OAG added.

PAC Government member Semi Koroilavesau who seemed aghast by the explanation requested the OAG to repeat their statement.

Prof Prasad said these were serious issues because first there wasn't any independent valuation entity to conduct valuation, the range of valuation was high and the shares were sold at a lower price from the valued price.

Government' member Sanjit Patel asked that they be given the value of the 51 per cent of those shares now. The Finance Ministry asked if they could provide their response in writing.

Aiyaz is King of Fiji. Frank is his puppet, he's got the opposition by the balls, he is a homosexual partner of the Chief Justice, got the govt. at his beck and call, and most of all he has stuck his hands up the military's assholes such that they provide security without question. He's neutralized the Taukei establishment and completely dismantled the unions. The military was the only establishment but they are clueless and do not know that they are being played by their assholes and told to dance and not to dance and just shut the fuck up. These overrated military guys were hopeless dumbfucks in the first place who just got to the top because of the dominant role of the military in the last ten years. These guys would not have seen the light of day in a normal democratic merit-based system. Kalouniwai, Qiliho, Tikoitoga you are all just fuck all like your predecessors right from Rabuka's time. You are not even real soldiers because you've never been to real combat. You lead the most despised, cursed and ridiculed institution in Fiji right now. Aiyaz deserves all the praises, let him rule, why not? he has outsmarted you all you dumbasses.

The issues that PAC have picked on i.e. the unexplainable $100m in the Ministry of finance budget and the huge discrepancy in the Fintel sale, are real issues that the taxpayers have every right to know.
Interesting what the spin will be from Finance, well that is if they do have any spine and guts to say anything at all, let alone make sense of the query. Come on PS Finance stand up and show your worth and allay any misperception we may have. There's too many gaps and holes in the financial information that has been disclosed to the public through the PAC. It just doesn't hold. what worries most of us is are really being told the real financial position of the govt. in the fiscal sense i.e. is revenue and debt really stacking up neatly against government's expenditure commitments as well as you say they are. Otherwise there appears to be too big a hole somewhere, and the stink from that hole seems to be getting worse and unbearable as we continue to get more information that was previously not available to the public.

Anonymous said...

So what's wrong with that? And what has that to do on this subject?. Felix is a hard worker and deserves that position. By the way we should all be wishing him well and congratulating him for another milestone.

All Ministry of .Finance Officials should be sacked also as they are the eyes & ears of the people of Fiji in regard to the proper use of taxpayers funds - They are not puppets of KHaiyum & Bhaini.
PAC should also have some balls & recommend that Police,FICAC & RBF investigate but than again all these bodies are corrupt also.
Only solution - Stand up & fight back people for your rights & freedom.

@Agent 007

I have no interest in the content of those videos. In any case, one doesn't need to set up such a website to have access to such primitive content...let's get real here, it's all over the web!
The actual videos we are looking for are more compromising videos, like a young lady bording the SUV of a MP, etc.

What we need is to PUNISH and THREATEN those who pretend to be clean.
We are fed up of immorality in our country and time has come to "test" those we want to bring down...

We will be an ACTIVE organisation, that is we will set up "traps" everywhere around the country for businessmen and MPs to fall in. We won't really be waiting for people to upload stuff (though we will consider such material) on our website but WE will catch up those people ourselves and be will show no mercy.

It is a very easy game actually, like catching small fish with Twisties.

Yours faithfully,

GOOD PNG......FIJI IS DUMBING DOWN ITS PEOPLE BY HUGE NUMBER OF FOREIGNERS IN EXEC POSITIONS IN GOVT ETC

Foreign advisers in PNG to be removed soon: AG'S Office

PORT MORESBY, 07 AUGUST 2015 (POST COURIER) ---- Individual government departments in Papua New Guinea have already started working on cancelling contracts of foreign advisers.

The Attorney-General’s office advised Post-Courier that initial discussions have already commenced but could not give more details.

The office also advised all relevant agencies involved have had discussions but updates would be given in due course.

Last week, Prime Minister Peter O’Neill in Parliament announced that foreign advisers in government offices in PNG had made local public servants lazy as they were over dependent on these advisors.

O’Neill told parliament he was concerned about these issues while responding to questions in the recent Parliament Sitting on the current state of the national intelligence organisation.

“We’ve got people working in many of our departments that are working as advisors and it has led to two things,” he said.

“One is making our own people quite lazy. They’re not able to take over civil decisions, they are over-dependent on consultants and advisers and sometimes many of those decisions are not in the best interests of our nation.

“So our government has taken a deliberate decision that by the end of the year, all foreign consultants and advisers, their contracts will end by 31st of December.”

On the same note, O’Neill has also called for a rethink in the way development support is delivered in the Asia-Pacific.

PM O’Neill said there has to be a better deal for the taxpayers of contributing countries like Australia, while recipient countries want to ensure support develops real capacity and skills, and is only ever seen as temporary.

The Prime Minister said one of the biggest obstacles to effective development support were middlemen who take commissions on aid expenditure.

“Papua New Guinea is changing, we are growing and as a nation of 8 million people we want to move beyond hand-outs and work with our partners to strengthen capacity.”

“In 2016 Papua New Guinea will move to a model where our partners will be welcome to fund positions within our Government,” he said....PACNEWS

2. Removed the Bose Levu Vakaturaga

3. Removed the history of Ratu Sukuna

5. Made a Constitution that was not put to Referendum for the people to add, delete or give an opinion

8. Allowed Muslims to take up all strategic positions in Fiji

9. The blatant misuse of public funds

Anonymous said...

Anon 10.53. Can you break down how many Muslims are in Strategic positions in Fiji against all people of all other faiths. I am no Muslim but bringing religion into the debate is the work of a silly little fool. Indian's in general (Muslims and Hindus) contribute the largest chunk to our economy. They are close to half the population of this country and yet 90% of the civil service is i-taukei and 95% of the Military and Police is i-taukei. the funny thing is we do not complain and have taken the affirmative action plan of the Rabuka era and the Qarase era on the chin and still succeed. You have a few visible non i-taukei's in positions of power and suddenly the fucking sky is falling on the i-taukei and all you nationalist get your panties stuck up your rear. I am no fan of this government but race and religion got nothing to do with the greed and power hunger of men. Anyone who thinks otherwise is simply as dumb as a FEA lamp post.

Your proposal somehow is pretty convincing and I trust will work if we adopt a strategy similar to Victor Lal ' s Fijileaks. To employ good agents to carry out this task and be diligent enough. Task comes with its own risk so the agents need to be aware of what is required. Its not new. It's carried out in the US via the tv prog "caught on camera".They use video cameras whereas we can start off with camera pictures then ventured onto secret video shooting. We can also adopt similar name ..the Fijian version.
Any way thumbs up for a good cause.
So let's get this underway . Victor Lal is our best bet to guide us on this .

Your statement is stupid. You do not realize what goes on behind the scenes or perhaps you're one of the "behind the scenes" people who promote the moslemiization of Fiji under the cloak of "do not bring religion into our discussions on this forum".

Most radicals and fanatic religionists bent on destroying peaceful cohabitation in the world today were initially brought up under islamic teachings then extrapolated their ideals into madness. That is why they are not trusted and all right thinking muslims should strongly condemn loudly (as they publicly announce their dedication to Allah from outdoor speakers for all to hear} the destructive actions of some of their factions who promote violence.

This is why they are not trusted in positions of power in Fiji.

NZ suspends Fiji Products.
Mr Khaiyum tries to defend incompetent cousin Xavier Khan owner of Medisure Pharmacy who supplied vaccine to Fiji Military and is a cause for medicine shortage in Fiji. Once investigated by FICAC and currently investigated for causing the death of a son of a Biosecurity officer which Khaiyum has been hiding his file but could not because the husband of the female biosecurity officer is a policeman. NZ ban shows his incompetency and one questions the integrity and impartiality of AFL for which Xavier Khan is also a board member. The swift response from the mother fucking Khaiyum to defend his appointee cousin Xavier Khan comes as no surprise. This is exports than what of imports which has far detrimental effect. The guy travels up and down Nadi Suva daily on tax payers funds at a minimum of 2000 weekly expense. I'm not surprised at the amount of second-hand antiques that thrive in every Chinese shop, along with that staggering loan debt to China itself.

when i was young i heard that Fiji very soon will become small India..now the rumours going Fiji will become one of the Muslim Country, at this moment of time i don't really know who is right and who is wrong,, and the kind of swearing word going on this blog, boy i could not believe its so worse, what about if you don't like somebody, you go straight to him or her and tell him or her straight, hey i do not like what you are doing.. face to face... rather than pouring out the evil part of you here in this blog site....

I have got the point. Anyways, I always support the raw Muslim business start-up which brings halal earning and profits. It's like doing an old business in a new way.
